Popped in for a quick browse. I got chatting with Matt about the foot balance machine. He was very knowledgeable and explained all about what it did and I knew it was definitely what I needed "custom fitted insoles" the minute I tried them in a pair of trainers I could feel how much better my feet felt. Have worn them all day, and honestly, I can't believe how much less pain I was in with my hip. Can't wait to test them on a run. Chris was just as friendly and chatty they both made you feel at home. I will definitely make this my go-to place for advice on running shoes, etc

Absolutely phenomenal customer service from all members of staff. They dealt with an issue very promptly, with complete understanding and was perhaps the best customer service I've received in years. The quality of their products is second to none, and I'm very happy to have them on my doorstep.

Very Friendly and helpful staff. A great range of shoes and running products. With Chris' advice I got some Roclite Ultras which after running a marathon yesterday in them I can tell were the perfect choice !

I visited your Bakewell store on 14th Jan to try possible options for new shoes. I'm doing the Deca ultra triathlon which involves a 262 mile run. I use G300 and G270 at the moment but wanted to test out all other options.
The store is very small and there were already a few customers being served so I had to wait a while. This was no problem because of the coffee shop tagged on.
The girl who served me was superb. I must have tested her patience because I literally tried on every size and shoe option in the store. At no point did I feel like my requests were too much. Under her, knowledgeable and passionate guidance I settled on a larger pair of the excellent G300 I already use.

Really enjoyed visiting this shop having purchased Inov8 shoes online previously. All three staff were really helpful and I bought two jackets which fit me (187cm and long in the torso) well. Would have bought shoes too but the sale barefoot style were not in my size.

Great running shop, good gear, lovely dog, friendly staff. Got a good long-sleeved running top on special offer and some socks, and a free coffee from the Summat coffee bar. Love the social runs and community they are trying to create (wished I lived close enough to go along regularly!) Will come back here when my current Inov8 Mudclaws are worn through!

Came in today for the first time with my family - really great selection of items & running shoes. The staff were friendly and helpful, it was great getting to chat with them - thank you for the help, we're eager to use our new purchases!!

From the moment we walked in we felt very welcome. Matt was very attentive with great knowledge and Chris chipped in with his experiences of long distance running, which helped us decide on the right trainers (Roclite 320 G). Great banter, lovely people. Defo recommended.
