Fantastic customer service.
Placed order one day, items arrived following day. One item broke as it was being fitted on my guitar. Contacted Armstrong Music to ask if single item available as original was pack of 6. A replacement arrived next day at no cost to myself. Cannot fault the standard of service at all. Thank you Armstrong Music.

Been using these guys for 20 years and the products are always of the highest quality. Ordered a multitude of pickups over that time including the m-bucker (bloody loud!), grinder and super rocker which do not disappoint! The most recent set I ordered was the hot P bass enclosed pickup to replace the standard Fender issue and there was an instant and noticeable difference, was louder, clearer and had a much richer and fuller sound! Customer service is unbeatable and if you want a pickup custom made that doesn't cost the earth then this is the company for you!

Wasn't sure exactly what part I needed. Emailed through and Ben was HUGELY helpful and took the time to look at my options and what was the best fit for my guitar. Will always come to these guys first for any future needs.

Bought a few things for some modifications to my guitar, however I had ordered the wrong colour pickup covers.

Ben from the sales team helped to talk me through the returns process and took the time out to help me figure out which colour I needed.

They exchanged the item for the correct colour and sent the right colour out all for free and even allowed me to mix and match the pickup covers to ensure they match as the covers came in packs of 2.

WD music is pretty much my go to place for guitar hardware, I have ordered regularly from them over the last four or five years and I couldn't be happier with the service, I've often ordered at 4 in the afternoon and received my goods the next day! The customer service has been great with super quick replies too!

They stock a decent range of guitar hardware by well known manufacturers and although I've only bought a couple of items made by themselves, they've all been of a great quality. The tools they sell are also of fine quality and stocking products made by Hosco at competitive prices is good!

The pricing is pretty competitive mostly, albeit I've bought things from them that I may have been able to get a few pounds cheaper elsewhere, but have felt the service is too good to worry and more often than not I can get everything I need at the time, from them alone.

Overall, I wouldn't hesitate in ordering from them anytime, I certainly will be using WD Music again!

I regularly buy guitar guts and accessories from WD Music UK without issues, they have a tendency to give life to or rejuvenate an instrument. Recently I've gotten in touch to order a somewhat obscure Fender Aerodyne Stratocaster pickguard and after providing a tracing, was informed the template was already in their database and that a guard could be cut for the price of a regular pickguard. Ben was personable and communicative throughout the process, responding to any and all queries and informing me of the status of my order the whole way through.
