Hands down I have come to this store many times and have never experienced such great customer service like today from a young lad named Joshua, he was hands on ready to help me, smiles with everything he was doing, considering I am an irritating customer as I ask 101 questions, and when I tell you joshua (yes I asked for his name) was the absolute best, if I could tip him I would!! Thank you if you ever see this for being so lovely and funny, honestly made my day. God bless ya.

Nice little shop selling essentials. Helpful friendly staff.

It is an excellent supermarket. Ellegant, modern clean. It offers great variety of goods including organics and it has traditionally high standards of customer service. This branch is spacious with a wide range of products, a real gem in town.

I came to the shop today and was struggling to find the cherries, I was pleasantly surprised by a member of your team who could see that I was confused, she directed swiftly and politely to the cherries I belive that her name was Kenya

A wonderful and welcoming environment full of fresh British produce and exellent quality I shop here regularly it's a delightful place staff are hard working helpful and polite. They even take my cardboard from my shopping when I unboxed my groceries to free up my shopping bag to recycle when I asked them too so I'm happy about that also. The thing I love about shopping here is the peace and quiet and using my vouchers I get to use here via post because it's worth being a member just to save a few pounds and why not! I do miss the old cake counter they used to have but seeing all the new fresh layout of the store I can see it's great potential more space and more fully stocked items! and not to mention they have beautiful flowers here too :) I bought a gingerbread cup cakes here for Christmas which was so nice and decoratively festive

Absolutely amazing and friendly staff. Shelves 95% stocked at all times and if they arent and you are to happy to wait, they search the entire stock room for you. Best waitrose in North london. Be a gent or lady and be kind to the doormen too, they are fantastic people.

Although it is not a large Waitrose, you can find a variety of food and household essential items in there. Store is very clean and tidy. Goods are well organised and displayed. It even has an instore bakery serving freshly baked items for the local community. There is a paid and display car park at the back which is very useful for shopper with cars. Opposite to it, you can find Dry Cleaners, a cafe plus a Fish and Chips shop.

I really like this branch of Waitrose. It's large enough to stock a good variety of products but not huge! Always well stocked shelves and friendly staff.

I love this shop. Easy to find products, lots of choice (especially veggie food) and the staff are so nice in there. I am planning another visit today!

Had a good selection well stocked and not too busy during lockdown. Distancing measures are in place and staff helpful.

Good offers on essential items

I found everything I needed and wanted, the store was nice laid out, clean, smelled good, the lighting was not too harsh and the cashier who served me was very sweet, pleasant and polite.

As usual, all shelves are well stacked.
The staff are very helpful as well as knowledgeable if you want to know where an item is. Can't be faulted.

Nice bright store well laid out with a fair selection from the full waitrose range normally found in their biggest stores.
Prices are keener than ever.
