Okay, from the sign on the shop, I totally thought this place was called Charlie & Alis. Anyway, just wanted to say, they've got the best candles in the Leicester area.

I adore this place. There's always something new, everything is laid out so beautifully and the staff are so friendly, relaxed and engaging - never ever pushy, either! I have anxiety and agoraphobia, and it's one of very few places I actually enjoy taking my time. Always something lovely to be found.

What a lovely shop. Spoilt for choice & a lovely lady called Emma could not have helped me more excellent service will definitely visit again.

Great little gift shop. Nice variety of gifts. The Christmas Room was lovely. Be back nearer the time though..

This is a beautiful store, but again very expensive! I found the staff to be friendly and welcoming.

Overpriced, staff quite friendly, but beware you only get store credit which staff don't warn you about before you buy anything. I won't be back. Only gave it 1 star because of the polite staff. Can get the same stuff cheaper elsewhere if I'm honest.

The most rude old lady I have ever had the displeasure of meeting !! AVOID !
