SPAR - Queen Street

There was a very wide range of American beverages (what i was looking for) They are one of the only ones to sell toxic waste, which I have been looking for at a number of different stores. The service is amazing and they recommended very good places to see as a a tourist. So it is a very good store. :)

This store was very good. The staff were very helpful and kind. The selection and variety of everything in the store was amazing. they have american drinks and snacks which is good because I don't have to stick with boring British confectionery This shop is very good.

I take the product and when I go to the checkout they tell me the price, which is not under the product. It's like a lottery, lucky or unlucky. These people need to be checked.

Rude employees, homeless people harassing us when we left the shop. We got shouted at by the shop keeper for taking too long to make a purchase.

Rude customer service. Bought something for £6.99, came back in a day later asked the price again and it was £5.99. I realised I had been overcharged the day before, told him and he even agreed it was overcharged but could do nothing about it. Even smugly said no and said no we can’t give you your £1 back. I even offered to buy the product again but with a £1 taken off and they still refuse and just yelled next customer when they had not finished with me. Then continued to just ignore me until I left. I don’t even know how Spar even allows this shop to continue selling under their franchise with such a history of customer complaints and just abysmal service.

Supremely overpriced items!! Especially the import crisps! Bought 5 bags of crisps and spent 20 pounds!! No prices on Anything!!

Awful experience, who I assume was a manager was shouting at the staff today. I understand it was busy but to say “it’s a one way system, I’ll fire you tomorrow” to his staff was beyond embarrassing and disrespectful to the guy who was trying his hardest.
