My name is Gary I often go to Jay's news I find I nearly always find what I need and the shop is clean and tidy, Jay the owner is always eager to help if you can't find something. Also I drop off my amazon return parcels to him or one of the other permanent staff they are all very friendly and smiling as it should be! I recommend JAYS NEWS.

Great store! I always feel welcome and typical go out of my way to go here rather than anywhere else, especially for Evri parcels. Super nice people!

Called yesterday to see if they would take unusual size parcel and Jay was super helpful explaining when they could take it. I came in today and hadn’t printed the label at home so Jay pointed me in the direction of the local library who were very helpful. I came back and stuck label on parcel which they allowed me to leave there while I went to library. All in all friendly and helpful as well as very efficient service. Will sue for all my Evri returns !

Great family run convenience store. I’m pretty much there every other day dropping or picking up parcels. They are always so helpful. Great selection of essentials in there too. They work such long hours, yet they still manage to have smiles on their faces. Great local shop

Absolutely love Jay and his wife, always so friendly, and we’re on a named basis as we have built such a strong rapport. My local, and he’s cheap, Affordable, always got everything you need in store, and him and his wife are very friendly. I see them as friends rather than my local shop!

Always use Jay's news for DPD drop off, run by a lovely family. Always go out of their way to help, and will always try their best to take all DPD parcels, they are very busy between 3-4.30, so try an avoid these times. Thank you 😊

Great friendly staff. So helpful. Nothing too much trouble. Jays is not that local to me, but given the service well worth a short drive. Always happy to deal with parcel collection, and returns service first class. Thank you.

I have sent some parcels here. As it’s my local Hermes drop off. The guy and lady is helpful and friendly. Sometimes the scanner plays up but they are patient and don’t rush you out of the store. From the moment you walk in there is a friendly atmosphere. Its about 10 minute drive but it’s worth it for the friendless your welcomed by when you arrive at the store. I love the led lights on the jays news sign too!

Absolutely amazing service from jays news. Friendly staff, always got time to speak and make you feel very welcome. Definitely feel a lot less anxious about going in there than the other shops in that area.
