First time shopping here, store was as expected. I bought a range of items and also picked up my prescription, which took 2 hours and that's a good day apparently. Think they need another 2 pharmacist to support.

I consistently have a great time at Boots! Darren is extremely friendly and incredibly helpful.

I guess the layout for these stores are all the same...so it’s difficult to say if this is any better or different than the rest. Although this one is larger than most and has access to free parking in a small shopping unit. Xmas deals on perfume in boots is definitely worth a look.

This 5 star is purely for the service and attentiveness of the brilliant staff who are too few in numbers. They do their utmost to help in extremely demanding and stressful times. We are stressed while waiting in very long queues but so are they, working flat out to try to help us as best they can. We must remember that these very difficult times are being experienced in their lives as well as ours. Well done team!

I arrived at 9.58pm with an emergency prescription. They were so friendly despite the fact they were closing up. It was very kind of them to help me. Thank you

Fab customer service received, I was given a No7 voucher which gave me money off my purchase. Pharmacy are also very helpful and work very hard

Reasonable selection of toiletries, gifts, healthcare products and sandwiches/snacks.

Pharmacy is busy at the usual times (lunch etc) but a friendly and helpful service.

They also have a kiosk window for pharmacy goods open until 10pm most days allowing you to pick up medicines and previously dropped off prescriptions.

Good place and I been here so many times and it is the best thing ever they have any thing you want or need

Some of the pharmacists in there have gone above and beyond for me. Changed my bandages and supported me.
I don’t know why people are being so horrible in the reviews, working customer service cannot be easy with long shifts, small pay, and on their feet and people are demanding the over worked staff to be smiling and enthusiastic!
The pharmacy is busy because that’s how it is now that’s not their fault that’s an NHS issue.

Pharmacy Dept at Boots Cardiff Bay AMAZING.
Always willing to help even though extremely short staffed. They are under tremendous pressure dealing with every customer demands, they desperately need at least two more members of staff to assist. I'm just hoping that the few staff that are there left don't burn out!!!

I spoke to a lovely young lady called Sarah Ali on the phone and asked if she could Check if a few items were in stock for me and if so would she kindly keep them behind the counter to be collected on my arrival.
When I arrived at the Boots Cardiff Bay store I spoke to Sarah and also asked for some additional information on various products. She was an absolute pleasure to deal with and couldn’t have been more courteous and helpful. She had a vast knowledge of the items in stock and made my shopping experience a sheer pleasure.

I did a big Christmas order here and it came earlier than the date stated which was surprising as there were many strikes. The lady who served me was lovely and helpful and even offered to help me carry all my boxes to the car

The only place where you can get your medicines on prescription till about 10pm on weekdays, and later than usual times on the weekends. Lovely staff, happy to advise as necessary. Very useful if you need prescription medications after hours. Fab

i visited this boots this after noon and wasn overwhewelmed by the help of the youn man with glasses at the pharmarcy counter who was so helpful went out of his way to assist me even missing his break , i dont know his name but he was a credit to your store many thanks to him mrs shields

I get my repeat prescription every time. Always happy to help. Yes you have to wait but bear in mind people they run on limited staff. Pharmacists have other jobs too consultation etc.. yes you may have 1 item but there are others that need to be checked before yours it's their jobs in the lime if they.make a mistake. Opening times clearly marked on sign as you go in pharmacy until 10 30 Also Sunday trading hours apply so shop would close @ 5pm. Please be patient with the pharmacy/ healthcare team they are human too. And it's not.jist your.script.waiting its others too.

I recently bought two perfume’s from Cardiff bay Boots , I usually buy perfumes from here , they have some nice Collections and also in great discounted price. Just went to buy one but end up buying two.
(Burberry Hero,YVESSAINTLAURENT) Also excellent Coustem service by Sarah ,help me to pick the right one ,even though I was confused and took some time to pick the right one.

A lovely lady who’s name is Tanya on the No7 counter served my mum and I today at your cardiff bay store. She was so helpful and nothing was too much trouble. She is a real credit to your store.

The staff in pharmacy are incredible. I don't know how they can work so hard and yet remain so polite and patient.

Amazing experience, lovely and friendly staff, I went in trying to shop for our new born baby I was abit confused store advisor named Ali went the extra 10 miles to help me shop and carry them to the till I know what I need now for future and where to find them in the shop.
