Its nice that there is the Works in Bournemouth. Ofcourse my daughter would not miss to look around this store. Just like any other branch, they have lots of good deals especially on set books. Pretty decent shop size.

it’s a pleasure to go in this shop, the manager is lovely, i can always find things i need for around the house as well as, lovely discounted books, i love the downstairs area, lovely and quiet. Also great for arts and crafts. propably the best shop left in a tired looking Bournemouth high street

Had a click and collect order, the shop assistant he was very helpful and informed me of special offers. It is however very cramped in the store, and in busy periods you will struggle to move around.

Is the only place around town centre that sell artist stuff, I mean paints, brushes, canvas, etc... Full of books some collections at a very good price.

Great shop to pick up books at bargain prices, novels, biographies, history, the lot. Ideal for calendars and stationary too.

The Bournemouth branch is bigger than Poole, they have a section on the lower ground floor, more bargains. Bought a belated diary and calendar set only £1.50, I usually buy these as gifts before Christmas.

Good for a quick art supplies grab if I'm low on paint, but there's seemingly always stocking issues on the paints. Also don't bother going just because there's a "sale" on, I get sale emails every 2 days and nothing really changes each time.
