This was my first time at the Ludgate Hill location, although I've been buying clothing from Charles Tyrwhitt for years. The staff were helpful in selecting colours and styles. For some items, the my size was not available in store, so the member of staff who worked with me arranged for them to be sent to my house directly. The range of products remains solid. I appreciate the multi-buy for shirts and trousers and the ability to specify fit, neck size, and arm length separately (sure and collar, cuff, and pocket options as well). Their products also come with an exceptional guarantee.

They have nice collection of shirts with various colors and patterns, but some sizes might need to be ordered before a few days or bought from another branch. I have been assisted by Randy and he quickly recommended the right fit for me.

Had a wedding at the end of the week (Friday), outside the UK. Decided to order some shirts on-line from the web site (as I did before many times). Unfortunately the delivery was due in around 4-5 working days. So I started to search for a better option in terms of delivery time. Came to Stratford Westfield. Very polite staff and helpful! However they can not make monogramming in the store. They kindly advised me to go to the Ludgate Hill branch of the company and they will make me everything I need. Came the next day (Tuesday) in the store in central London, just 5 minutes walk from the the ST. Paul's cathedral. Came in. The manager of the office (Dimitrious) met and helped to select the write size and colour for the shirt. As I am adept for a classic fit (including classic collar), I had to wait for the next day delivery in the store, as they did not have anything in stock at the moment (Shirts with classic collar). Came next day (on Wednesday), to receive my parcel. Everything was ready for pick up. Julija (the Dimitrious right hand), helped me with the monogramming. As a native Russian speaker, it was a great pleasure to find a staff speaking Russian and she does. She made for me the monogramming exactly like I want it, fast service and brilliant customer service. Even Dimitrious offered me a coffee while I was waiting for my shirts to be done. There is no words to describe the fantastic customer service I received in this store! Thank you guys for everything! Especially Julija! You are the best! First class shop for the finest shirts Charles Tyrwhitt are the best for me. Been wearing their classic collar shirt with the brass collar stays for years. If presentation is most important, then you can rely heavily on the quality of Charles Tyrwhitt. That includes off the peg quality suits as well as custom made, a fine range of beautiful materials with accessories of your choice buttons, button holes, ties of all descriptions silk, wool etc, and superior English made shoes all leather. The store has brilliant helpful staff headed up by James Allen the general manager, a very polite young man with a Japanese name, Koni and Mark are the people that looked after me very well.
I can safely say I am truly delighted with the quality of service and products I have received. They make you look really well dressed.

This shop is great, huge range of clothing and really helpful staff. Mario assisted me, showing me all the different shirt sizes and options and was really patient as I decided. Go the extra mile to make sure customers are happy.

Being a first time customer of CT, i was pleased with how much emphasis this company places in its customer service. I was assisted by Tom.lud on sun 20/11/22 and he was extremely patient with me, very informed about range of styles and was kind enough to offer me collar and sleeve measurements to ensure i find the size that fits me best. Overall very pleased, will return.

Very good quality clothes for a supprisingly reasonable price. Customer service is impeccable and their returns policy is amazing, you can take back clothes even after wearing them withing 6 months. Only slight complaint I could find was their changing rooms are not perfectly clean.

Where is the 6th star is all I'm saying. If they aren't already this store should be the flagship for CT. I have never walked out of here without a a memorable positive experience.
Whether I'm here for a lunchtime browse or buy, the staff are always approachable and friendly. If I need to ask 100 questions they're ready for 110.
They go above and beyond to make sure you walk away with what you need whether it's just information, or making a confident purchase.

2022 Update: still 100% agree with all the above and more had the opportunity to help one of their staff out with training today. What a pleasant experience. Staff were super friendly and professional throughout even though the new team member had just joined. Even with junior staff there's no drop in the CT brand experience. Keep it up guys.

I had half an idea of what I was looking for when I went in. Shaun (retail staff) really helped me, measured me up and gave me exactly what I was looking for in the least 'salesperson' way possible. Very happy with his service. Picking up my new and altered suit tomorrow.

Friendly, helpful staff who were willing to go over and above to ensure I had the rights shirts. Definitely recommend the store.

I loved the service I was given at this store. Far better than what I would get back in America at a Joseph A Bank or Mens Warehouse store. The store associate was a complete gentleman and was able to assist me in every step to ensure my suit was a perfect fit.

Needed an emergency shirt and had no idea about what my sizes had become through my 40-year crisis. Dimitrios measured me here and there, damn mirrors made me face the reality, I tried different cuts, some belts too, then finally ended up with a shirt which got ironed inside and I left the place as a human being. Almost.

Excellent customer service - particularly Dimitrios. I went in twice over two days and despite being particularly indecisive he never made me feel rushed once and made sure the suit was perfect.

Had a great service experience here. Was picking out several items and found the staff to be helpful. Love the Tyrwhitt clothing line. My closet is now filled with their stuff.
