A little expensive but has a massive selection of "things." Lovely friendly staff and Sally and I are always made to feel very welcome.

I had a lovely Lady called Isabelle Fenton, she went aboved and beyond helping out with my prescription, when the GP got it mix up, she fixed the right medication and dosage for me, she kept me updated right through out the process, I Couldn't ask for more, excellent service.

I was served by Martin I was looking for a new vehicle as my family is expanding. He came across extremely professional and knowledgable. It made my experience in branch enjoyable.

I love boots. The smell is great, the range of perfume and cologne is great and affordable. The range of makeup and any other beauty supply is great as well as the skincare at affordable prices. Overall a good, reliable store everything. I even get my prescriptions here

Goto love boots, went here for an eye test something I hadn't done for years. Wow how it's changed. Each part was explained to me and that was before the eye test. The optician was brilliant she made me feel at ease asked the right questions and assured me that nothing was wrong. Shop is bright and accessible and staff happy and friendly. After my eye test stopped by the benefit makeup stand to by Foundation and instead ended up trying a new one and had my makeup redone. Very impressed and very happy.

Well stocked, clean and great staff. The ladies on the check out are always really friendly and helpful. There is a great lady on the no7 make up counter too who gave fab service when I had some questions.

I found exactly what I wanted easily and efficiently. The lady at the perfumes was very helpful. Staff at the till were very cheery and friendly. Although he was very pleasant I wasn't particularly enamoured to have 'help' at the fragrance station from store security- didn't occur to me till after my daughter said something that he probably thought I was going to steal something! I'm 52 years old but have bright pink hair- does this mean Im likely to be a criminal? To my mind if someone stands out like that they are generally LESS likely to do something untoward. I just hope that while he focused on me no one else got up to anything. I know he has a job to do but please just don't assume that because someone looks a certain way that they are 'the sort' to do something. That said I still love this store and still give it 5 stars!!!

I'd booked the wrong Covid test for travelling back to Italy. To say that Becky, the store manager, went out of her way to help me would be the understatement of the century! Exceptional customer service

I do hope the head office reads this! I had an appointment at the Kettering opticians at Boots today. Irrespective of what happened with my my eye /contact /glasses review which was 'eye opening' the whole team were just lovely. I am am sitting here writing WITHOUT balancing extra glasses on top of my reading glasses thanks to Sharon and awaiting new glasses thanks to Claudia and managed the eye puff pressure thingy without dramatics thanks to Louise. Thankyou ladies!

This is a really great place to shop at for any reason on what things you could be looking for also has 2 other things that people would use & that's a Pharmacy + an Opticians that I use all the time which I find is brilliant
