Great service by Hisham! He was very attentive and friendly. Helped my mother and I out efficiently.

I have received the best customer service today in this three shop. Hisham the assistant manager worked out the best possible deal for me and saved me money on me and all my families sims. But above everything he was very patient with me and kind. I don't see myself going to any other stores anytime soon.

I was extremly happy with the service I received in the Harrow store. I was politely greeted by Hisham and his collegue Ardit who were extremly patient and understanding with me. I came in with an issue from customer service, not only did they help fix my problem but they also saved me money. So happy with the service.

I have been at harrow on the hill store and I have been served by Daniela .The Best customer advisor she is too calm and helpful and she is too good at customer advising . I am happy that I met her .She is the best, should be promoted .Thank You Daniela ♥♥♥

As soon as i walked into the store one of the staff members Ardit greeted me straight away and was happy to answer any questions i had and both him and his collegue Hisham worked out the best possible offer for me.

Popped in there to get my Three app updated . Chris was on hand to help and resolved the issue swiftly. He was the go to person IMHO very satisfied with the service.

Ms Amrit in Harrow was very helpful and accommodating as expected when I first met her a year ago. To be honest I was hoping to see her again today because you normally have new staff every year. Amrit deserves to be promoted for a job well done professionally and her smile radiates towards customers like me who has been loyal here for 8 years now.

Visited today because my ancient Samsung "died". I was served by Amrit who was excellent, giving good advice and suggestions and very patient, even when the process of setting up and transferring data took much longer than expected because of the state of the old phone. Thank you. I will definitely recommend.

After renewing my contract in the Bognor Regis branch. I chose Samsung phone and tablet which I am really thrilled with after the awful hawaii phone and actually able to get back Google but was disappointed I lost all my WhatsApp chats. The staff were so very helpful.I also called into the Harrow branch to get few things set up and Pierre was really professional and so patient with a good customer service. Hisham also was very helpful. I came out the store very happy.

I am a Private Pilot purchased a 3G Voucher on 25th February but there was a major issue and i met the finest customer advisor Name Daniela at the store in Harrow who patiently resolve my issue and help me with very patience and very professional to resolve my issue. We need more customer advisor like Daniella.
