Well Pharmacy

Went into chemist, just by chance after only speaking to doctor half an hour before, nothing was to much trouble, they made my prescription up there and then, staff friendly excellent service

I have never had a problem with this Chemist . Even with COVID-19 restrictions and new owners I’ve always been looked after very well. Yes , standing outside waiting can be a little bit of a small inconvenience but at end of day , you will get served. While waiting in queue outside on a few occasions, people moaning were on holiday, or had moved to this area from larger places, this is rural Norfolk, chill out , relax and enjoy life. There are lots of people in the cemetery who would love to be moaning about having to wait a few minutes. One more thing , the staff were working and giving out medication and help during the height of COVID-19, well done to all the staff 👍👍

Lovely staff, efficient service, never had a problem

Me and my dad have used this chemist since 2006
We will not use it anymore since the new owners have taken over the have lost some of the best staff that had with only Holly a good staff member remaining. That are very very slow and took them over 10 minutes to find a control drug prescription that had all ready bag up ready. They looked everywhere including the pharmacist. It took Holly to come out from the back to find it in the control drug cabinet were it should of been.
Stand outside for 5 minutes and listen to the customers that have to queue outside complain

Absolutely terrible. I moved from Martham to the Hemsby pharmacy because we'll ran Martham and where awful. Only for well to take over at Hemsby and now Hemsby is absolutely awful.
