Greta service from the team - I visited with an older friend who needed to change a broken phone, and review options. Careful listening from the sales guy, options offered, guidance given, phone and package / terms agreed, and then full set up of the new phone including data transfer and synching. Good job - thanks guys!

Went here to get advice on my contract. Left very happy well advised and with a new and better contract with a new phone and pixel watch to match. The staff could genuinely not be and more helpful or friendly. 10/10 for everything

Maryam helped us today and she was fantastic. Super helpful and patient with us as she walked us through setting up a phone. Really impressed and I highly recommend going to her for smartphone support.

I needed help setting up a new business mobile broadband sim and the staff were really helpful and very friendly. Diana helped get everything sorted for me and was incredibly patient. There were plenty of staff there to cate for everyone's needs and they seemed genuinely happy to be there.

Really helpful member of staff. Thank you Pierre for helping me with a situation the ee online customer service couldn't help with. I had an awful experience with customer service where i spent half an hour speaking to an agent, then they went silent for 45minutes! every 10mins i messaged asking for an update but all it said was “agent typing…” for 45mins straight. I came in to the Richmond branch and Pierre approached me with great customer service skills and a very welcoming energy and helped me sort out my problem, putting in extra effort to follow some instructions which confused me.
I hope ee look after their staff, especially staff members like this guy. Thankyou again

In the past customer service here was pretty poor and I have been ripped off on a couple of occasions. Yesterday I tried again and had Maryam who was very professional and wonderfully generous with her time, doing everything I needed. I left very happy and I would recommend it for certain..

Very helpful staff member fixed a problem with my EE wi-fi mini network which EE technical support on the phone could not solve. Well done guys, especially on a hot Sunday afternoon. :)

I visited EE stores in Oxford Street, Chelsea and Kensington before coming to my local EE store in Richmond. The staff in Richmond were the most friendly, knowledgeable and effective of them all and were able to order my chosen phone where others had assured me that the one I wanted was no longer available. Thanks to a problem with the EE procurement system I had to revisit the branch a couple of times and each time my issue was dealt with politely and effectively. Thanks to these guys I now have the phone I want on the contract I need.
