Richard was so helpful in sourcing a small ticket item that he did not have in stock and went to great lengths to get it transferred from another branch.
He’s a great professional who genuinely likes to help.

This is the best DIY shop in the area. Not for the stock or prices (though both are fine) but for the staff. They are great - knowledgeable and helpful. Always go there for advice.

Only been in a couple of times. Very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff. Been looking for a hard-to-find part for a folding door for the last few months and they had it in stock even giving it to me for free. It fitted the door perfectly so I don't need to buy a brand new door now. They also accepted a return which I had removed from the packaging with no quibble. Thank you so much. Will recommend you.

I was gonna go on Amazon....glad I didn't. Helpful staff, fast friendly service, didn't try to sell me their most expensive items and got me exactly what I needed. I'm an IT engineer and know little about this kind of hardware so it was so nice to get personal, expert help.

Have used this shop for over 30 years now. They have a great range of DIY and ironmongery items which many of the larger stores do not carry. Always cheerful helpful assistants who are quite knowledgeable. Can't fault them.

Great little local DIY store only 2 mins from me. Very helpful and consistent. Very reasonable prices. For a small store they have a varied range of stuff for the average DIYer. And mix Dulux trade paint on request I always come here first before going to bigger stores I normally find what I'm looking for. 👍👍

Not even the best paint shop I've been to, the best DIY shop. If you don't know what you're doing, you will by the time you leave. Very helpful and great service overall.
