Looking for new tv, but not sure what to buy. Spoke to great advisor called Tam. After, helping me to get an excellent telly, he sorted a discount on 5 years insurance and an extra HDMI lead at no cost (BOGOF). After all was sorted, he loaded the tv in to my car. Very impressed. Thank you Tam.

Took a lady who has had a stroke in a wheelchair to purchase a new cooker. She and I were treated with the best courtesy and they took every care to, meet her needs. They promised a delivery and installation within4 days and that happened without any issues. A thoroughly good experience for this lady.

Good selection of cheaper priced laptops loaded with Windows 11, which I personally don't use. I prefer Linux 20.3, which includes multiple sofware packages readily installed and FREE!

Would just like to give a massive thank you to Dipen, & Kallum for helping me with my purchase of my new stove & fridge. Extremely helpful, friendly & ready to help where they can. Will definitely return! Highly recommend.

Had a tv on sale around 140 for my daughter,2 days in screen went . Back to the shop but they did replace the TV. So it was good service. AND FINNGERS CROSSED ALL BENN WELL

Came to replace TVs at home. Bout 2. 32inch for dads bedroom and 50 inch for the lounge. Kayleigh sorted everything out, was super patient with my dad who has dementia. Most people exclude him when they find out he has dementia, she made him feel included, brought a tear to my eye. Best customer service I have ever received from any business I’ve purchased from. Even walked us out to the car, made sure dad was safely in the car, told me to get in the warm, before grabbing a male colleague (can’t remember his name but please ask Kayleigh his name, he deserves recognition too) ) and wheeled out and loaded our TVs. I was so grateful and she wandered off saying,’ oh it’s nothing’ it is in fact A LOT, to a dementia sufferer. Professional, articulate, knowledgeable and best of all treated my dad as a valued important customer. Most people don’t interact with him at all. She’s an absolute credit to curry’s, and I’ll make a point of buying all appliances with you from now on, because of Kayleigh. Just wish you actually start selling curry’s 😂

Fantastic and friendly staff. Repair team are all extremely helpful & a decent bunch of chaps, especially Jordan, who managed to get our old dyson repaired through our old repair plan, even though the repair centre tried saying we were not covered. He insisted we were and managed to get it all resolved. We pretty much have a brand new dyson back with all new parts and fully serviced. Even after it was 4 years old. (Bit like, triggers broom now☺) thanks once again to all the staff. Great customer service

I'm never disappointed. Simply order online for my tech, arrange delivery, or click and collect at my local store. Always straightforward and never disappointed with the service.

Took my laptop in for repair, James was friendly and helpful and hopefully I'll get it back on the day specified.

My partner and I just bought our first home and needed a fridge/freezer and washing machine so came to Currys. The assistant that helped us was called Ross and he was more than helpful, really appreciative of his time! He told us he hadn’t even been there for long but knew everything he needed to help us. Jamie offered brilliant customer service. He showed a real interest in myself my needs as a customer. Jamie even brought my purchase out to my car for me, without me asking, as I was holding my baby. 10/10!

We went to have a look at some new vacuum cleaners as the old one had stopped working, even though we had had it repaired. We needed one that could cope with the mess that pets make. The guy that spoke to us was very helpful and we bought a more powerful one than what we had had previously. We were able to take one home with us the same day. I was very impressed with his help and knowledge.b
