House of Fraser

This was my favourite shopping place, however there is a saying good things donot stay for long.House of fraser is closing down soon.I enjoyed coffee in caffenero located ground floor after I was done shopping.My 5 year old son loves the coffee shop too.What to do now, only old memories remains.Hope it comes back refurbished!Miss you.

I love shopping in this place as there's no commotion, the customer service is brilliant. What makes it even better is the fact that you can either sit down for a quick coffee or have a proper sit down for a delicious meal within the beautiful building/ambiance. Lovely 👌☕

Relaxed shopping.One member of staff so relaxed it was a struggle to serve me.
Some stock problems as there was a question mark on closure.
Seems to be getting better slowly.
Customer friendly old world charm.

The Manager on the Dior counter was wonderful! She absolutely went above and beyond with our purchase. We have always bought my perfume from this counter, and we always will! I really do recommend seeing Her, sorry, She did give us Her name. But, I can't remember. She has transferred from Gloucester, and, it was obviously a Great move that will benefit the Cheltenham store.! Spoilt rotten with the attentive service and treats for my 20th wedding anniversary. Thank you x

Heidi at Bobbi Brown is spectacular
I had a fabulous makeover on Saturday afternoon.
Heidi was fun, entertaining, professional and listened to me to understand what I wanted.
She worked with me to get a look that we both contributed to.
The result was amazing and I felt great going out in the evening.

This is the best store I have been in for ages. Interesting stock to browse and helpful, friendly staff make for a relaxed shopping experience. The cosmetics floor was similar to "Rackhams" in Birmingham which I remember with great fondness.

Cafe Nero at the H of F is well worth a visit. Helpful, good staff. They only make a brew I may hear you say but the cakes and other niccies are a must have treat when visiting the lovely Cheltenham.

I have been a Clinique customer in Cavendish House for very long time and I've always been looked after well, however I have to say that no one has been as fantastic as Kim! Not only she recommends the right product all the time, but she always remembers me and makes me feel special every time I go there and that is a rare quality! Much prefer this shop to John Lewis, far better concessions and there are good bargains to be had if you look closely enough. Definitely the best department store in Cheltenham IMHO.

Great store, not too busy but good choice. Lawrence in the menswear department was amazingly helpful and friendly, felt really consulted in our purchases. Worth a visit for clothes shopping.

The sales assistant was lovely, and smiling. She respected my need for space whilst available when I needed her assistance. Very nice.

Lovely department store to browse around that's in a very old building that has several floors selling a great range of ladies, men & children's clothing, household products, cosmetics department, handbags & suitcases, several cafés including Nero's, plus so much more, nice staff to serve you your purchases.

I would like to say that Clem, the store manager went above and beyond for me today. She's an absolute star and deserves recognition for the way she deals with customers. Thank you!

All the staff are highly professional and friendly considering the strains and circumstances during COVID, all management should be praising their staff, I couldn't fault anyone in any department

I do like House of Fraser..its a bit sad up against other big stores... but I thought there was a lot choice this time even had a children's department

So many depts to browse. Very good clothing range with all the top name brands in-store making it so much easier to get an outfit for a special occasion

This store is part of Cheltenham . It is a very old building and was Cavendish House. You can always find a bargain when you go there . Hope it survives the retail downturn
