Easy to collect for parcel deliveries and open late

Always lovely service

Very arrogant and rude young guy behind the till.
I went to use Evri drop-off service, I said hi as usual and did not respond which is fine. After printing the label, the guy throw the receipt and pushed the machine toward me and said put your name and sign! I was like, are you ok? Honestly, he needs to learn basic manners! You should never throw the receipt in front of customers. Not sure if he had a bad day or if he was thinking he is cool. But his behaviour was rude and unacceptable.

Absolutely rude! Came to return a packageless item through Evri and the woman at the check out said they don’t package there nor do the people that pick up. I was fine with that information, a bit confused because they were labelled as packageless service. But if anything, I was annoyed with Evri because if what she was saying was true, it wasn’t helpful for anyone. She proceeded to tell me to go home and pack it myself but the point of picking this service was because I didn’t have anything to pack it with. I starting looking on my phone to see an alternative and she kept repeating something to me but unfortunately I couldn’t understand because of her accent. I finally pick up the last part of her sentence being “you want it sent or not because I have other things to do in the store.” I told her never mind and left. Absolutely unnecessary comment. And by looking at the other comments, I should have known better than to go here for help.

States online they close at 11pm, I got there at just gone 10pm with a parcel and the door is locked but the lights are on and shopkeeper is right by the door. I asked him if I could return a parcel and he said no I have to come back in the morning. I told him it says online they close at 11pm and he said yes but today we closed at 10pm and I need to come back in the morning. Rude & inconsiderate - if you need to return a parcel go to the Simply Local opposite High Barnet station, they actually are open until 11pm as stated online and are friendly.

Accused me of shop lifting. I have never shoplifted and will never, I came In looking to see if you had chorizo but you didn’t so I left, as I left I was accused of stealing, will avoid in the future. Very annoyed.

Agree with previous review. The guy in there is very rude. No customer engagement, always on speaker phone to someone. Made me sift through all the parcels to retrieve my one. Other stores will kindly get the parcel for you. Won't be using this store again.
