A clean and spacious M&S store with a lovely cafe.

The store is always well stocked, lots of choices with fruits, meats, ready meals, cakes / breads, drinks, household products, plants / flowers, frozen foods, seasonal foods / products ~ M&S quality.

Staff is always polite and friendly.

Store is located in a shopping area, which provides free parking spaces, including disabled parking spaces, 4 hours free parking, please check with parking notice as it may change.

Great place, great food

Food fantastic with plenty of choice. There is a good choice of clothing as well. However the cafe at Fosse Park needs better organisation. The staff were impolite and even told my 84 year old friend that he could not sit at a table until he had been served despite the fact I was about to be served. Which meant someone behind us got the seat and we then had nowhere to sit so didn't stay for food and coffee. Won't go there again.

Excellent service all round. The staff always greet you and sometimes remember you from your last visit. Really gives that local shop feel.

Always stocked well, good customer service. There is only two small tills and about eight self service points.

Free car park within shopping centre witch gets very busy at peak times and weekends.

Great M&S food store, always good choice, fresh and well displayed. Feel very safe shopping here, always a member of staff on the door monitoring numbers allowed in at one time. Trollies and baskets all cleaned before use. Well done M&S!

Good to see, as usual numbers restricted in store however customers not following correct flow of traffic at times but apart from that felt safe.

I've visited this store on various occasions and I am always impressed with this branch and I also love the welcoming atmosphere here, go without saying that it is a very nice place for quality food products and the products selections are very good quality. The staff are very friendly and helpful in every way possible and you treated as a customer on equal basis and I hope that they will continue to do the things that make M&S special, a special thank you to the security man at the entrance for being so helpful keep up the good work *****💯👍🏿

Called in to try some new foods, their new biscuit cupcakes 🧁. They had plenty of stock, lots of staff around to help, easy to get round and check out. Highly recommend this store.

Clean, Well set out store with a good range of food and non-food items. All checkouts manned, so quick service. Very pleased.

Great vegan range, prices similar to all other supermarkets with the exception of some rather delicious Gastropub 2 Pulled Beef & Porcini En Croutes.

Lovely store very helpful staff. Nikki on the till is a lovely lady could tell I was having a bad day and was just generally a nice staff member.

Marks and Spencer foods on the Thurmaston Retail park, is an established food retailer, and it has a reputation for quality and affordable meals, that are at a very reasonable price, it is well worth making a visit, to checkout, the quality and price.

I felt safe and all the customers had on masks and every one respected each other social distance.

Marshalled entry and hand sanitizer on entry. Social distancing markers, store immaculately clean. Friendly helpful staff. All tills screened.

Today it was 100%. They was a nice lady on the till given me good service.round 4.45pm she was on the till.
