Unfortunately received wrong boots and correct we’re unable to be located in the short time scale before my match, but full refund was issued quickly. Fortunately still had enough time to shop elsewhere. As a goodwill gesture I was able to keep the boots which made a fantastic donation to the club. Wayne the customer service manager was a polite and pleasure to deal with. Will still shop here in the future!

Bought some rugby boots from Lovell in Feb 2023, they broke and I asked for a refund, unfortunately, I was out of the warranty period for this specific product (6 months) but Mike from customer service said they would replace the boots as a gesture of good will!

I have nothing but praise for the service and follow up customer service I received. Liam has been particularly helpful, we had to return boots due to a fault, return was dealt with very quickly and when asking for feedback on other rugby boots I received good timely response and feedback. As a result I have ordered again and would use Lovell again.

Placed an order and was dispatched quickly, then the trouble started Evri failed to deliver even though it was to a parcel shop, re ordered and then AGAIN failed to even try to deliver and were impossible to contact even went to depot to be told more lies. It was only the intervention of the extremely helpful and efficient Liam got everything sorted out. In short Lovell were great especially customer services. Evri are a disgrace

I ordered a Premier football with Lovell I was very happy with the quick process and dispatch times. Unfortunately the ball valve was damaged but once again the Lovell staff quickly replaced the ball. Hassle free. The ball has arrived so one happy grandson and one very happy grandma. Will definitely be using Lovell again

I ordered online a New Zealand All Blacks 2015 RWC winner's jersey late on Thursday and just received it on Monday afternoon. That took only 4 days to get from the UK to Edmonton, AB, Canada, including a weekend! Phenominal and very efficient service and the jersey fit perfectly and was all that I had hoped for. Great service Lovell, and I would not hesitate to order from you again.

Great customer service. Ongoing communication when order delayed through no fault of theirs. Discount or money back offered. When chose new trainers, discount given on these too. Couldn't praise enough.

I had a parcel supposed to be delivered by evri..formely hermes..but the parcel got lost...emailed lovell about the issue. .and within a couple of days..lovell sent me my parcel..excellent service..avoid evri and ask lovell to send your parcel/s via dpd...

After ordering a top with personalisation I received the shirt realising i had missed out a letter. I rang Lovell rugby and they agreed to sort the matter out and replace with a new one. It was my mistake and they sorted it with no problems. Just wish every company was as good as Lovell rugby. I will be shopping here for all new sports equipment in the future.

I've just gone back to Lovell Rugby after having lived overseas for several years and the service is as good ever. I had to return some boots (sizing issue, not their fault) which was processed very quickly and I had the new boots with me within two days of sending back the previous pair.

I ordered my third rugby jersey from here and once again I am absoutley astounded by Lovell Rugby's service! They shipped it to me in Australia in less than a week, there personalisation is once again amazing and stoked with my new All Blacks jersey!

I bought a sports shirt which unfortunately was a tad tight so I returned it's and asked for a larger size the exchange was handled by Liam at Lovell sports and a new shirt arrived today so thanks to Liam 5 🌟
