Marks and Spencer

I was served by Jacob today in the Mansfield branch. He was lovely and caring. He helped me with paying cash and card on the self service tills. Thank you Jacob!

Always has a nice array of food n drinks! N when u go in u always want more food/drink than u came in for! Ha ha! 😃 Their clothing range is always very nice quality also.

Good ole Marks & Spencer. Small store with a small food hall. Very clean and amazing they manage to keep basic staples in stocks in this plague era. Well done. Pleasant helpful staff. Great also for flying click and collect visits. Ample free parking nearby too.

What a lovely M&S , small but very welcoming. I had visited another store local to where I live and had quite a brusque , terse attitude to my enquiry about a purchase! I then telephoned the Mansfield store and right from the start the staff were brilliant , wonderful attitude to customer service , I'd like to name Adele on the orders desk for her personality and great people skills. All the staff that I came into contact with were fantastic.

On Saturday 18th January I was shopping in Mansfield M&S store. A lady with blood on her coat was walking round the store, the lady clearly hadn’t hurt herself in store but the staff were so caring
I sore the staff asking the lady to wait while they got a first aid trained person to have a look at the ladies head. It was lovely to see how kind & caring the staff were being with the lady
Well done to all the staff involved it would have been so easy
to look the other way

My favourite shop, i always can find anything what i need!
One of the cashier lady is especially nice, the salespeople are helpful !!

Food hall is the best department by far. Very safe with staff member at the entrance and hand sanitizer. Dine in for £12 good value.
