I would rate this 0 stars if I could. Absolutely disgusting behaviour from the manager who thinks it's ok to threaten a member of staff with their job because of their medical condition. The member of staff in question would always either ring or text to say they won't be coming in because of the medical condition. But on this day the manager was also dealing with personal issues herself which is understandable but to threaten a member of staff with their job because a manager has personal issues is completely unacceptable. I hope this matter is resolved ASAP. And also this review is to be seen by higher management

Rude staff that have no manners, no please or thank you's would rather chat to their colleagues than even give you eye contact. One member of staff the old big lady with dark hair and glasses that needs plenty of makeup thinks its ok to F in front of customers. Mccolls obviously do not provide training in customer services! Absolute joke of a store

Went to use the post office counter to tax my car and the staff members didn’t have a clue what forms to fill out. No manager in sight to offer assistance. Left without car tax and will not return.

Subway does not open till gone 8 am on a Sunday 2 members of staff on shop floor not helpful got told need to prep stuff so it will be a long wait The window states opens at 7 am
