Got a notification from Dpd that my parcel was delivered at the store, went in the store and spoke to the man on the till and he just started shouting saying they dont have any parcels, i tried showing him the confirmation text i received from Dpd he had no interest in look at it or let alone listen to a word i had to say. As it stands Dpd are saying my parcel is with them. Absolute terrible customer service, definitely would not recommend requesting your parcels to be sent there.

The men who own the shop are extremely rude. Go there regularly for my parcels and the machine never works! So I ask for a telephone number so I can call before I come rather than wasting my time and he says ‘why you want that for’ I tell him because the machine never works and then he states the machine always works who told you the machine doesn’t work. And I said you told me earlier on today and I said his exact words and he said nooo it always works (I went their twice that day). I’ve now gone again and barcode is not working and I say to him type it in and he blank refused me and said ‘we don’t stress about parcels here I’m not doing it’. Omgggg the stress the owner gives me here over parcels. I refuse to go there again I’ll happily drive further to someone that speaks to you with respect!

Don't waste your time with these people. On more than one occasion they have been very rude and today refused to take a parcel. Why bother having the functionality if they can't be bothered!!

Shop men are extremely rude and arrogant. Keep customers waiting while they chat on phone and potter about . Not friendly at all . No 'please' or 'thank you'. I now refuse to spend my money there
