I regularly use the Pick and Collect service, I rarely have to queue, and missing items are now very unusual. The staff are normally very friendly and efficient.

Just remember that you need to bring your own bags, as they aren't available at Tesco now!

Best to go before 9am or anytime after 8pm if you want a quiet easy shopping experience;-)

Nice sized store with scan-and-shop, and plenty of self checkouts. Staff pleasant and helpful.

All Tesco super stores are worth visiting - real bargains and usually very good quality food at good prices. Enjoy your visits.

Good sized Tesco store, with on site petrol station for added convenience. The car park is large and plenty of spaces whenever I come to the store. The store is well laid out with everything being where it should be making it easy to locate. Helpful staff both at the checkout and generally makes this the great Tesco experience you would want. The convenient location within Waltham makes this an ideal location to get to and with decent opening hours its always convenient and very quick to shop here.

Very clean, friendly and helpful staff, large parking. Not that busy as some other brunches.
Also you can buy or leave your books for charity.

I don’t usually do feedback on superstores however I felt I had to tell you about my experience with my last visit to Waltham abbey Tesco.. it was very busy and wondering about as I do , this one worker stood out for me, she was polite and spoke to me asking if I was ok and if I needed assistance, she was very helpful and honestly can say the nicest lady ..Her name badge said ron.. she made my visit so welcoming and which during times like these it was lovely to see staff still putting there customers first. It would be wonderful if my feedback could reach her and she was informed of how pleased she made my trip and would be nice to know she is appreciated

Last Monday morning (30th March), I ventured out to shop for myself and my 80 year old husband, half way through my shop, I thought I had lost my mobile, I got really upset, but, 2 lovely ladies, a shop assistant and a supervisor, got me a chair and looked after me and searched the shop for the phone, I felt so stupid when they searched through my shopping trolley and found it. I was so relieved. I am so sorry, but I have forgotten the ladies names. (The Supervisor had dark hair and glasses.) The shop assistant very kindly packed my shopping and then loaded it into my car. Thank you so much for your help and for being so caring x

....re car wash at Tesco Waltham Abbey...

I’ve been taking my cars to this car wash over the past few years...of all of the car washes I’ve ever been to (I’ve owned 30 cars in my 30 years of driving)...these guys are quite simply the best....you get around 4/5 guys cleaning the car for around 30 mins...other places might be quicker but no way as thorough....they use AutoGlym products....they are friendly and my cars always look nearly new once they’ve finished...their pricing structure is fair..they reserve the right to quote from their advertised prices....and with most services, if customers feel that they are too expensive for them then maybe they should try elsewhere. When my cars get cleaned they don’t usually need another clean for around two weeks....all I’ve seen whilst I wait are potential customers having a moan at them when they don’t do anything wrong...would they be moaning if they charged £5....don’t think so....working in bitter cold weather and boiling hot weather...

Big store had most of what I needed, convenient closing at 11pm, this store has been great especially during covid-19 the staff have been polite, and patient, queues are sometimes long but move quite quickly, they ensure your hands trolley and baskets are kept clean at all times, I feel really safe shopping in this store, well done to all staff who work in the store, I will continue to be a valued customer👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾

My favourite Tesco. Great staff, you can buy everything and anything there, great choice of flowers, fruit and veg, as well as of vegan produce. Two thumbs up!

Decent normal Tesco, now they have finished rearranging the shop, which took months.

Good service from staff and a plus of having toilet facilities is a bonus I would like to see a little coffee shop with hot food area it's big enough

Not biggest store nor is it open 24 hrs but it does carry a great range of reduced goods, particularly clothes and not crowded after 9 pm.
