I visited last week to do a top-up shop. I got nearly everything I wanted but wanted something that was not on the shelf. Spoke to the manager who was extremely helpful. He went to the stock room and got what I wanted. The staff is always friendly. The only thing I dont like is this push to use the self-checkouts which I hate. I seem to get into a bit of a mess with worrying if everything has been scanned and also I just feel it is a way of not having staff. Beside this, I really like this store

A smaller supermarket but a good range of products, kept reasonably well stocked and clean. Apart from fresh meat the deli counters are shut but that's the same with all supermarkets at the moment. Self scan options speed up shopping enormously. Staff when spoken with always polite.

In the cafe with my pot of tea and perfectly made toast and butter, reading the news paper. The staff are happy, polite , and engaging with the customers making them smile. Lovely atmosphere. Gonna do my shopping now in a good mood. Love my Both in Hill store, been coming here since the day it opened.

Popped into Waitrose this morning, only wanted a paper, (although I do often pop in for shopping) and the lovely lady on the cigarette kiosk, sorry didn’t look at her name badge, gave me a beautiful bunch of gladioli. When I asked why I had received them she said because it was something nice to do for their customers.
So thank you that lady and Waitrose, a lovely gesture that certainly brightened my day.

I couldnt speak highly enough of Julie, Juliet and Tina at my local Waitrose in Biggin Hill. They went above and beyond for me when I needed special flowers for my girl... Happy, vibrant and genuine, those girls are a credit to the store... Give them a pay rise ASAP

Plenty of free parking. Wide isles so little jostling. Well stocked. Smashing coffee shop.

A fully stocked well laid out store with ample parking

Last Saturday before Christmas and very well organised. We queued for around 5 mins to get in. Shops well stocked and staff helpful and friendly

Friendly staff and well stocked, one of the larger Waitrose stores so lots of extra lines. Great vegan selection too.

The boots pharmacy staff are awesome very helpful and really went the extra mile.

My local Waitrose, spacious parking, great selection of groceries and very helpful staff.

Always a nice place to shop but needs to up its game regarding quality of fittings, checkouts and toilets.
