Dropping off a parcel Excellent Service Very Polite

No the people aren't always the friendliest in the world but nothing worse than a little abrupt, and yes they are alllllllways on the phone! But the range of sweets/food/snacks/drinks/booze is very wide and the hermes printer is a godsend, tho frustrating on the times it hasnt worked. To be clear when I asked the shopkeeper today, they close at 10pm - this is not 24hr

So rude. Told me to leave the baby by the door . When I asked if I could return a Hermes parcel. Just pointed to the end of the counter and said down there. I couldn't scan the barcode and when I asked for help was very rude. It was a woman and she was chatting on the phone the whole time. She told me to leave the shop. I couldn't send my parcel!

Worst parcel drop off experience ever, probably the rudest shop owner I have ever had the displeasure of meeting. Literally threw my parcels on the floor, despite me asking him not to. He told me they treat all parcels this way, and If i didn't like it I can go somewhere else. Well Done.

He told me my Hermes package had not arrived without even checking. He insisted hes received nothing. I questioned this as I had received mail confirmations that it was ready to collect at the store. Then after me having to question and stand there he decided to check and of course packages were there. What a waste of time, never returning there lol.

Do not use especially for parcels!! The owner is rude and will return your parcels within 2 days if not collected then lie about it to your face! If I could give minus stars I would!!

Do not go here if you expect even average service. Staff are incredibly rude. Refused to even take my parcel even though the shop is a collection point. Given that there are several newsagents on the same street it’s hard to believe that costcutter is still in business with its current staff/manager.

Owner is terribly rude and ignorant! His customer service skill are null and void.
