Great place for shopping for everything from wallpaper to baby needs, pet foods and wild animal/foods, stationary to bedding and lighting to furniture with food stuffs thrown in to the mix. Great value ..... thumbs up from me 👍🏼👍🏼 Update May 22. no changes.. still a great place to browse and shop. 👍🏼19th Sept update... Stool gets thumbs up from me 👍🏼

Fantastic customer service. An assistant went out of his way to find what I was looking for and couldn't find. The chap on the till was really friendly and polite too

My wife and I were sat in our car in a very spacious, free parking car park, waiting for Argos to open in fifteen minutes. We decided, to spend that time looking around the B & M store. It was time well spent. The previous day we had done our weekly shop, therefore, we did not expect to purchase anything. Well, what a surprise we had. Merchandise we had not seen for years and the prices almost made our eyeballs pop out of their sockets. Wow, tea we had not seen and sold in larger quantities, and at knock down prices. On arriving at the biscuit section, we saw, to our amazement, Fox's Jam & Cream Biscuits at the knock down price of fifty pence, yep, 50p, a packet, whereas, at our usual store we were paying £1 a packet; we bought the lot, that is, ten packets. B & M is a fantastic emporium offering a vast varity of merchandise at knock down prices. Next week we shall give Waitrose a miss and return to B & M.

Lots of choice at reasonable prices. Friendly staff. Well worth shopping there.

Good store, polite and helpful staff. Vast amount of items so can generally find anything your after. If haven't got something in stock, Wellingborough store only 10-15mins down the road and staff are helpful enough to check store to save you a wasted journey

Kettering Retail Park. The biggest, brightest, nicest B&M I have visited. Only went in for oven liners but I could have spent hours wandering around this huge store. Everything you could ever need and more.

Who doesn't love popping into B&M for a quick bargain and coming out with stuff you never knew you needed! It's my guilty little secret... I love it! Such random stuff but it's one of those stores you just can't leave without buying stuff! I love a weekend browse at all the great bargains! Just need to not take my kids cos they always con me out of stuff!

Reasonable prices. Purchased good quality plants.

My 'go to' place for most of my needs regarding DIY and gardening. I also get all my toiletries and cleaning stuff here too. Good prices - and I go in with the intention of buying a couple of bits and ALWAYS come out with stuff that was priced too good not to put in my basket/trolley.
I enjoy wandering round the aisles and outside in the garden centre. I surf the net if I'm looking for a particular item but guaranteed B&M will have it way cheaper than anywhere else. And I have always found the staff to be polite and friendly. Yes, queues can be long at the till but is that not an indication of how popular the shop is?? Maybe they could introduce a 'fast till' for people with 10 items or less? It would save a lot of 'tutting' and 'sighing' from people when they're behind someone with a trolley full😁.
All in all, good stock, nice staff and good prices.

I was so delighted with the respect and courtesy of the staff, especially Caleb who helped me to my car with a large bag of compost. He was so friendly and didn't complain when I couldn't find my car. He was patient and kind. Thank you Caleb. You are an example to the young people of today.

Plenty of choice of good value items. Bit like an expanded woolworths of old, you can pretty much find anything you need here from Fresh food to paving slabs via toys and electronics. Worth a visit whatever your need. Decent value too

We picked up a load on compost. Was only. Small bit more than a ton bag and I didn’t have to pressure wash the drive way after spilling loads transferring it to the garden. All the normal snacks as you enter. Decent shop.
