Flooring, underlay and trim delivered as advised by a very polite representative. Floorer arrived on time both days and was very polite throughout and did an excellent job screeding and laying the floor.

Great range of sofas, welcoming staff.Teri was very helpful in explaining purchase options, warranty and answering questions I had. I've come away well informed.

When I walked throgh the door I first asked one of the reps about a sofa I had seen online. They had the same one on display. I was taken over by Teri and from start to finsh she explained eveything, from the material and colour to the cushion filling. While we was making the order she explained about their insurance for accidental damage which I also took. I was offered tea and everyone made me feel welcome. Teri was very knowledgeable and an asset to the company.

Myself and my parner were very impressed with the range of furniture and the options available, also how friendly and knowledgeable the staff are.
We was also pleasently surprised at how quickly we got our sofa and chair we ordered before Christmas, the delivery staff were also very friendly and made sure everything was right with our furniture plus took all the packaging away also.

Chelmsford SCS went above and beyond in helping us source and fit our carpets. Craig and the team assisted with everything from choosing the perfect carpet to arranging a smooth installation. I would 100% recommend SCS and especially SCS Chelmsford. Thank you once again!

My wife and I had a great experience at ScS. We were welcomed and directed to the area we wanted. Our sales assistant was very pleasant and knowledgeable. We asked for further discount for buying 2 sofas. He did not have the authority but went to discuss with his manager. We received our discount and left very happy. Will definitely go back again.

Great experience dealing with the chaps at Chelmsford ScS. We went in close to closing time on a Sunday yet weren't made to feel like we were a hindrance. We had our 2 young boys with us which doesn't make it easy but they engaged with them and made it fun, a really personal experience. We secured the order and were given all the information we needed and are extremely happy with what we have ordered. 5 out of 5 experience, keep up the great work.

Can't praise them enough. Having had a poor customer service experience at a different store in the area it was refreshing to find them ( ALL) so helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble even when circumstances stopped me from being able to buy the sofa I wanted at the time. ( after several visits, and always being treated with respect ) I was able to buy the said Sofa.

On entering the shop at the clock tower retail park was greeted by a very polite salesman. On not finding what we looking for he guided us to the sofa bed section assisting my wife in the lift. When we had selected a sofa bed he demonstrated it to us. We chose an appropriate chair to go with the sofa bed. All this time the salesman was very attentive to our needs. On agreeing our sale he was very helpful with the paperwork. All in all it was one of the better expiriences on making a purchase.

Excellent service received by the sales assistant AO at the Chelmsford branch. Happy to help wherever he could and very clear with T's & C's for the purchase. Not taken the delivery of our new sofa yet so this is review is for the service received in store only.

I bought a bedroom carpet in the new year double discount sale, the guys in the Chelmsford store, Matt and Jay, were brilliant, really helpful. The next day i went back and ordered 2 more carpets, which are being held for me while i decorate and shift rooms about.
The fitters were lovely guys, there were a few scrapes to my paintwork during fitting that i noticed when i was vacuuming up afterwards, but these were easily fixed.

We could not fault our experience at SCS Chelmsford. All staff were professional, knowledgeable and friendly but particular mention must be made of Jackie, our sales assistant, who was a delight and could not have been more helpful.

I'm so not happy as I ordered my 2 2 seater sofas was told be delivered in the middle off April and now its not coming to end off may and thats mot a definite u pay for delivery and extra on your sofa thinking your garenteed to get your sofa on time all we get is excuses

Helpful, non pushy sales staff (at least the one I dealt with). As I was taking my purchase with me as opposed to having it delivered, they loaded it for me, so basically didn't have to lift a finger!

excellent service was left to browse around when decided what I wanted adam in chelmsford shop was very helpful know pushy sales chat Adam was very pleasant even had a bit if a laugh would defo recommend the chelmsford store all staff were pleasant and helpful as been there couple times before deciding what sofas I wanted .
