We recently visited the store to purchase my mother a new settee, the service we received was extremely good.
Amanda and Karen were very customer focused spending the time to explain the process and terms in detail.
They were both very approachable and calm which made the purchase easy.
The store itself is very clean and tidy.

Have used oak furniture store in Yeovil previously. Very helpful friendly staff. Helped us choose the right sofas also They don't try and sell you extras if not required. If our new sofas are as good as the oak furniture we purchased here, we will be extremely happy.

Wasn’t 100% sure on what to go for but the staff helped me find what I needed. Amazing friendly staff and service. Would recommend this store to anyone who wants new furtinure.
