Dunelm

My wife and I found DUNELM a very good store for quality household interior goods - products - reasonable prices at most. This Dunelm store at Dartford, off the B2174 Princes Road, Heath Retail Park, and has a car park (disabled parking spaces conveniently next to the main store entrance...also access for disabled), and a bus stop ( HEATH RETAIL.PARK) route DART No.1 nearby. There are two floors (ground & 1st floor) with an elevator in place. Overall, a very clean ( toilets / disabled too on the first floor) hygenic, modern, bright, store with a number of walkways and isles to view the shelves. The products I personally rate very good to excellent with a variety of choice. The service from staff was very friendly and helpful, 👏.....in fact excellent judging by our own experiences. My wife bought some curtain rails and fittings, some we had to replace ...no problem! You can also relax in a fine open plan cafe (1st floor) for coffee- tea or cake. DUNELM certainly worth a visit for interior household furntiture, furnishings, curtains and rails ( fittings), lights and lampshades in particular ; also a range of bedsheets, covers, cushions, chairs etc..we bought two lampshades at reduced bargain prices. We have made several several.visits here before. Latest visit on Monday 5/6/23. We will return....well done DUNELM! Regards Chris.👍

Bought a box of marigolds and some micro fibre cloths. Quite was efficient and service was good…..not sure why I’m reviewing to be fair but I’m waiting for a band to come on stage so had some time to kill while they were doing a song along of the black parade so thought I’d go through some reviews. If you want marigolds and micro fibre cloths there is no where better near Halfords

Nice shop for a variety of household items. Staff are always on hand and very helpful. Restaurant upstairs is very good too. Recommended and well worth 5 stars

First time visit for. Amazing selection of items for the home. The only negative for me is the car park. Very haphazard feeling. Probably because it is quite small and a lot of people trying to use it.

Alison is a big asset to this store. She was rushed off her feet with click and collect orders but stopped to help us locate a rug which we wouldn't find on the shelves. She went above and beyond to locate the item and was friendly and sincere throughout our interaction. Thank you Alison!

Good shop which is having a face lift now so shut being moved round. Parking can get full up at times. Helpful staff

Returned a faulty item yesterday and we couldn't of been greeted by better customer service than we did from Lynn. She greeted us with a smile and warm hello then was very understanding about the faulty item and gave us our refund.
The store was very clean and the staff were very friendly and accommodating.

I have been to this dumelm quite a few times and the place is good for beddings and furniture for home.

Dunelm is absolutely packed to the brims with home decor if u love home decor then this is the plc for you you will be processed u can’t get enough everything is so lovely

Thank you Amelia at Dunelm Dartford for sorting out the return of curtain poles and curtains. Amelia also helped me obtaining new ones with such patience. A future manager I think Dunelm! Great people skills too!

Quick visit to return items purchased online, was a bit worried I wouldn't be able to, but it was not a problem. Very helpful staff despite computer issues and refund was in my account the next day. 10/10
