Tesco Superstore

Went yesterday spent 97 pounds had to go back today 1 pair of Jeans were to small the lady that served me was an absolute gem exchanged my jeans put the points on my clubcard everything wasn't to much trouble she didn't bat an eyelid ,unfortunately I didn't get her name but it was between 11 and twelve noon lovely lady perfect service thankyou the lady with short brown hair

Lovely store, great range and very fresh fruit and veg. Staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful.

It's got what I want. It's quiet at 9am customerwise and no music until about 10 am.staff are pleasant and helpful.

Bought everything on my shopping list at a reasonable price. The staff are really friendly and know some of them really well as I have been going to this store for years.

A huge thankyou to Sharon on self service today. My mother-in-Law is in hospital and wanted her daffodil pin for today, St David’s day, which we couldn’t find. My husband couldn’t find one in store either and asked her if you sold them as she was wearing one . He explained why he wanted one.She said no it was her own. He said no worries. After he paid for his shopping she came over and handed her OWN daffodil pin to him and said it’s for you mother in hospital.
Such a kind gesture and my 93 year old mum-in-law will be thrilled to have it. Many thanks again Sharon.

Much more pleasant to shop at than the big Tesco Extra on Cowbridge Road. Despite size can buy all the items required for a weekly shop and often has some bargains that you won’t find elsewhere. Staff are more friendly here in my opinion and store can be navigated so much easier than big Tesco.

Well equipped in-terms of inventory.

I went into the store to choose a secret santa gift and a very friendly man named Michael was absolutely amazing, he helped me choose my gift and was happy to help even though he was very busy ,he took his time to go through the range and when the gift was chosen he walked with me towards the till. He is a credit to the store and a wonderful person. Thank you Michael my secret santa gift went down a storm.

Would just like to say thank you very much to the security guard and young lady on customer services today I had lost my purse and they went above and beyond to help me look for it and to then find it and contact me to say they had found it . Fantastic customer service. And thank you.

Lovely staff, I like the tills with people serving, not self serve, Sainsbury in Sarn, 1 till working, with a human.

I hate self serve , so please keep the many tills working please as I have boycotted all other stores.

Asda too 1 till open toilets closed at 6pm. No good to me.

Tesco is the best option for me.

Staff always helpful places to sit inside good variety of products and quite cheap I never go anywhere else now

Excellent staff, good value, safe to shop, good range of products including some very good quality global products.

Warm friendly staff at the customer service desk who assisted me with a corked bottle of wine.

Medium sized store with parking & fuel station adjacent.

Nice range of goods on their fully stocked shelves.

Easy parking great for you weekly shopping Easy payments aswell.

The staff is what makes this store. Always so friendly and attentive.

Great little store with lots of variety and excellent quality products.

I love Tesco the staff are great and so friendly and helpful , something goes wrong with an item no quibbles , changed straight away thanks all the staff at Tesco haverfordwest ,great bunch of guys.

Great customer service staff always willing to help. The self scan is easy to use plus the scan as you go.

I find that everything is arranged in a logical manner. The staff are always friendly and helpful. And the store is always clean.

The wife likes it so I gave it five stars as for me I find it hard to get excited about it or any other shop
