Assured Composite

I used Assured Composite for the replacement of an old wooden deck on my roof terrace. I chose Assured because of its high fire rating and its use of recycled materials. Ordering was simple and I worked with the sales team to get exactly what I needed. The installation was straight forward and the overall finish is fantastic. The added security of a 25 year warrantee gives me peace of mind I need and I would happily recommend Assured Composite to my friends and family.

After finding Assured Composite online I made an enquiry and within a couple of days I received the samples and an order was placed, delivery was very prompt and we were ready to go.
Communication from the office was exceptional and every call was answered first time. We will look forward to working with Assured in the near future on other decking projects in the Camberley area.

I have used Assured for 3 projects and the service and quality of products have been excellent. Fitting with the recommended accessories and instruction information on the website was easy even for a non-tradesmen like myself. Please see photos of two fences replaced with Classic Woodgrain in Grey Art and decking replaced with Classic Solid Decking in Charcoal. I can fully recommend Assured Composite.

I replaced wooden decking with composite. A friend recommended Assured and I couldn't be more happy with the result. This was my first decking project which I completed with my neighbour who also had zero experience in assembling a subframe and laying the boards but it was relatively straightforward. I used pedestals on top of old flagstones to get the height to the door, these were easy enough for levelling up the subframe. The boards went down quickly with the clips which screw in to the joists so there are no visible screws which makes it look very neat. There are plenty of guides and videos on the website to help with the build and the team were very responsive when I had questions.
Once built, I had some issues with a couple of the pedestals loosening from vibration so I got in touch with Assured for some guidance. This was largely down to the pedestals on one side of the decking being close to their height limit so they advised me to add some extenders on them which I had in surplus and it did the trick.
This is a great product from Assured and with the support from their team even a novice like me can produce a professional result, hence I'm giving them 5 stars.

I have a roof terrace measuring 12x7 metres which was covered in old tired timber decking. I searched the internet for the right composite decking to upgrade the terrace. Assured Composite stood out head and shoulders above the others on quality, price and customer service. They sent me samples within 3 days and once I had chosen, they helped calculate exactly how many decking boards, facia boards and fixings I needed for my project which on completion of the job proved to be spot on! Delivery was carried out on time and communication was excellent throughout. We are extremely happy with the outcome of the decking on our terrace which is much admired by visitors and neighbours. I have no hesitation in highly recommending Assured Composite to anybody looking to upgrade an existing tired deck or commencing a new project.

Ordered a sample of several composite facia boards. So far AC seem most suitable.
All I need now is my builder to get an available date.

After receiving samples from all the composite decking people I could find we chose these guys because we thought the quality of their boards was good and the price okay. Easy to install myself and we are very pleased with the end result.
