Very helpful and pleasant staff members. Good variety of fresh produce, flowers and bakery. I always pick up something from their bakery. Overall superb quality from M&S. Enough parking space available.

Very clean and tidy store. If you compare some prices they are very reasonable, also there are more expensive items. It is well managed. Never any waiting to pay. Always staff available to help. Delicious food and it is small so its a very quivk shop if you know what you want. You get 1 hour free parking. There is a disabled entrance.

Popped in for a few items and paid via self service check out. The lady that was assisting customers at the self serve tills p was excellent- friendly, attentive and went above and behold to help everyone. Great to see such fantastic customer service - this lady is certainly an asset to M&S

Always a pleasure. Great food and great wine. The food to go is well priced and good quality. It's never too busy and the staff are always friendly. I'm impressed with the paper bags for the tomatoes - keep reducing the use of plastic in any way you can! Perhaps you could offer refillable water fountains in exchange for pre-purchased tokens, as I love the sparkling water but hate all the plastic bottles I have to get through...

Remarkably well stocked and a good range of gluten free food. Not as expensive as I thought and quality is undeniable.

I only went to drop in a parcel but ended up doing some food shopping.
The food looks lovely, but it is a bit more expensive then my usual supermarket. But you can find some reasonable priced goods.
The quality is excellent and it is worth a visit for something special.

Had a good shop. Found everything we needed, store was well stocked, clean and pleasant to be in. Not to keen on the dine in for £ 10 selection this week. Sue as usual was welcoming and friendly. Lovely to see regular staff faces 😊 . Sue, Jen, Peter, Joe, Susan, Annah, Reece are a credit to the store.🌼🌺

Great choice of offers today. Shelves full of my favourite things and the new lower prices are encouraging. Plenty of mid ranged priced wines. Enjoyable shopping

Haven't been in 4 years as the car park is a norz, but staff were helpful and the food produce aisles are well stocked. It's a small branch, so clothing & homewares are minimal

Fantastic up market food and grocery store where 2 can dine in for £12 WITH a bottle of Shiraz Red Wine. We had Beef Pasta Papardelle with roasted potato rosti and strawberry trifle for dessert as one of our M&S 2 dine in for £12 and then we had THE BEST BEEF lasagne with a side of ultimate potato and leek mash with Chocolate Yule Log to follow and finally we had Sea Bream in a white sauce with minted baby new potatoes and chocolate pine cones to finish..Truly a Goutmet Feast for a Glorious Brummie Gourmand at Mark's and Spencer Food Hall in Harborne in #Birmingham

Love this M and S. It has a good grocery store and a small clothing section that you can try things on in. You can order and collect here too. The staff are always very friendly and helpful.

M&S Harborne is very convenient for me. It's the perfect shop to pop to on my way home from work. Staff are always friendly and polite.
