Card & Party Zone

Great little shop for party accessories, balloons, gifts and cards. Also do handy craft items too. Very reasonably priced, we always order Birthday balloons from them.

I am shocked at how personal the reviews are for this shop. I have never had an issue with the staff. They are always welcoming and very helpful. I highly recommend them.

I have no association with this shop as suggested below , The said balloon shop in arcade opposite has gone. I will say Card and Party zone have some rude customers that write negative reviews unnecessarily.

someone suggested this shop may have the balloons iwas looking for and it did we felt we could browse the cards without being rushed I will definitely use this shop again

The staff are quite rude, but its fine. Cheap good quality items and you only speak to the staff once!

Reasonably priced & can personalise balloons at the last minute if need be, which is great. Great little local occasions store, but staff have been found to be a bit icy. Some warmth & smiles wouldn't go amiss & would make a massive difference to the energy in-store. Always does.

Charged me £10 to fill helium in a 34” heart foil balloon, card factory charges £3.25. (For your own balloons) these prices.
It’s a right rip off.

Can’t believe it, I’m In Shock
Had to do them today but won’t be going there again.

£20 for helium air in my own heart foil balloons, where I could of paid £6.50 for the same at card factory.

genuinely always so rude in here. me and my mum say everytime they are the grumpiest shop in chingford! you try and be friendly and polite with them but dont bother making an effort. i always desperately want to tell them to sort their attitude out

It’s a great shame that the staff are so very unfriendly in this shop. I’ve had to pop into this shop for last minute bits and I always say that I will not go back. I would honestly rather travel to card factory than to give my money to company who act as if they have a personal grudge against you. Im not really sure what the problem is but as I said it’s a massive shame.

Brought some balloons and was told they would last up to 5 days but only lasted a day what a scam not happy at all !!

Absolutely awful customer service. I spoke to the manager who did not take my complaints regarding the diabolical customer service seriously.
Spend your money elsewhere.

I was going to come here and talk about racism, but after reading reviews, I have to say I'm a little relieved that the staff are like that to everyone!! Worst customer service and make you feel unwelcome and its so hostile, I just want to get out of there as soon as possible.
