I want to say a massive thank you to a member of your staff, Simon at Swindon Octacol Way for going above and beyond to find an item I couldn't find. He not only stopped what he was doing, located the items I needed and then walked the store until he found me. Thank you Simon, I know how stressful retail can be especially this time of year. I hope Tesco appreciate you as much as I did for your help and friendly professionalism. I hope the New Year brings you everything you wish for.

Well stocked ready for Christmas. Go early as it gets very busy from noon onwards

Very good supermarket. I only wish they don't close the department with clothing so early, at 9 pm. It could be convenient if they keep it open at least until 10 pm.

Everything you need in one store.F&F clothing is good value as a lot is in the sale/reduced.

There is a great range of items and the prices are affordable. The staff are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I will definitely be shopping here again soon.

Shelves are nearly always full and they have a good range of stock.

Best place in Swindon town for shopping including petrol station

I had a phone nightmare and was fully prepared to buy a new one today before the bank Holidays limited my options but Ben was superb. He helped me to recover what was possible to recover and I'm now functioning again. I can't thank him enough. He was calm, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help me. I would definitely recommend the Mobile store at Tesco Extra Swindon.

A hypermarket to simply put. I doubt if there is anything you won't get here? Excellent location, easy to access through public bus as there is a bus stop right infront of the location. It is a shopper's paradise.

Cool store! I like the LGBT decorations. I've been wanting to go to this place for ages and wasn't disappointed.

I went shopping 16/2/2024 I was shopping when I had an asthma attack I managed to get to the seats by the Pharmacy wife tried to get there Attention with no luck so got a shop staff witch got the first aider they where fantastic we me and would like to say thank you to them as for the Pharmacist they need sacking as they had a duty of care towards me if it wasn't for the fantastic care of your First aiders it would only been one star please sort this out as for me my asthma is life Threatening and could have gone the other way and I could have been dead

Amazing! This place is HUGE! I found everything I needed, but it took awhile as this isn't the store I normally shop at. However, staff were extremely helpful in locating what I couldn't find on my own.

Nadia went out of her way to help me get some vouchers sorted as the barcodes were faulty well done Nadia. Sharon as always very helpful on the shop and scan checkout.
Looking to purchase something for a friend but could not find it I asked Monika who was able to take me to the product and told me that if there was anything else just come and ask her again, excellent customer service. Again great customer service at a checkout with Sue M who was able to sort out problems with my Tesco Gift vouchers. Many thanks Sue.
