She had such a positive attitude.
Great customer service does, sometimes, still exist!

Looking for help with a particular Duvet cover. Isabella offered her assistance. She was bright cheerful and helpful and soon located what we required at another store and set up a delivery. First Class.

Very friendly and helpful staff good choice of stuff to look at . And they have a cafe if you fancy a break and a cuppa

I had the best customer service experience this morning when shopping with my mum at the Dunelm in Oxford. The lovely Montana helped us for nearly 2 hrs choosing curtains, blinds and accessories! She still had a smile on her face when we had finally finished shopping. Because of her great customer service skills and patience, we will definitely shop here again! 🤩

Visited Dunelm, Oxford with my friend to buy some curtains. We found some that were discounted to an amazing £22. We did have to hem them to the correct length, but they looked really good quality when hung. There were lots of other choices available in a range of colours and patterns.

Great place and affordable as always. You can find very good stuff for your house.

Returned some bedside lights and the money paid was back in the account while we were still in the store. Great service

Bought towels, Dust magnet, storage bin and drainage tray. Plenty of choice and small queue for the checkout.

Absolute bargain. They do kids eat free, should have cost £25 but ended up costing us £7. Great tasty food and fast service.

Polite staff that were helpful dealing with a return even though the E-receipt never came through.
A good range of products that are just as cheap as most places online, but with the benefit of being able to see things and ask for advice.

This was our first visit, and we enjoyed our visit. We brought several items, including cushions, we needed some new ones and found just what we wanted. We also has lunch in the restaurant, it was clean and the snack was good

Little bit messy but overall nice smaller IKEA copy ;)

I always go straight to Dunelm to buy my bedding. They sell a huge array of different sizes & colours at very affordable prices. Dunelm also sell other soft furnishings, lighting, crockery, furniture, electricals + lots more.

The 5 shop assistants we asked for guidance at different times, were all extremely nice, genuine and helpful. Such a good experience. Aided by them, we found really lovely cotton curtains, a natural woollen rug and two absorbent inside floor mats fir beside outside doors, all at a very good price. Our first visit, and we'll be back. Many thanks.
