Toolstation Oakham

Visited the Oakham store this morning with an issue of an item I had paid for and which had not been delivered by Royal Mail. Both Guy and Marvin sorted this out swiftly and without hesitation and I was on my way. Fantastic service, thank you fellas. I will be dealing with this branch more often. 5 stars

I want to express my appreciation for the outstanding service I received from Guy at the Oakham Toolstation branch. The store was clean and well-organized, and Guy's warm greeting, pleasant small talk, and quality questions made my visit enjoyable. His helpful suggestions and friendly smile ensured I left with exactly what I needed. Thanks to Guy's excellent service, I'll definitely be returning to the Oakham Toolstation branch for my future purchases.

Absolutely great customer service. Last week I ordered some guttering parts and was served by Guy. He had recognised most of my parts I ordered were black but I’d inadvertently ordered a different coloured boot. Anywhere else I’d have just been handed a box and gone home with a wrong part. Today I needed advice on the best type of rubble bag to move some gravel from our drive, yet again, Guy gave great advice again. Screwfix used to be my place to go in Oakham, not any more, it’s Toolstation and fantastic customer service from Guy and his team.

Guy from the Oakham Toolstation was incredibly helpful and really elevated my shopping experience. His attentive service, friendly demeanor, and insightful suggestions made my visit so simple and, dare I say - enjoyable! Big thank you to Guy, I'll definitely be a returning customer!

I walked in to the store not knowing what to expect it being new and out of my depth with what I needed, but I was soon put at ease, with very friendly staff, reassuring me they would help me and they did above and beyond…I will most definitely be going back and recommended them to friends and family.
