Fantastic store. We had a project with a local Scout group and they were really forthcoming and very charitable. So helpful for loading things into the car, would definitely recommend this store to anyone.

Came in today at 7, the bricks I wanted were not available, Nathan went personally and collected them from the back. Brilliant service

Good DIY stuff. Not so friendly staff.

Store was clean and orderly, and staff were helpful when we asked if there were any more of an item in storage. Very good experience and they had what we needed.

Due to current restrictions there is a queue outside, but the staff are very informative and polite and we got assistance very quickly to get some paint mixed. Queue to pay was long, but extra staff came to help clear it and under the circumstances, the store is doing an excellent job

One of my main suppliers. Not great for timber but you can choose it and returns are not a problem for anything. Helpful staff. I've bought 3 kitchens from them, good enough quality, useful features and solid wood doors with solid backs to the carcasses. In the trade get 10% off. Open during covid19 also click and collect. A big thankyou to Ben and Christine for all their help this morning! My click and collect wasn’t quite ready but they made sure it was there for me when I came out of the store only a short while later after paying for some compost. They were SO cheerful and couldn’t do enough for me which was REALLY appreciated. In these weird times we should all be very grateful to these people for doing everything they can for their customers whilst having to follow so many restrictions. THANKYOU GUYS! Liane Deacon

I bought paint and flooring yesterday . Matt was absolutely brilliant and really gave me confidence in the paint brand and colour I choose. The lady who helped me with the flooring was terrific, unfortunately I did get her name and I can’t find it on my receipt, except #032.

Quick service during virus lockdown. Happy with the purchase. Bought sand for bbq and they came in bags bigger than I expected. Good value too.

Newly built facilities (visited in 2018), typical selection of hardware, the show rooms for Kitchens and Bathrooms do stand out amongst other highstreet DIY stores, I must say. If your thinking of replacing existing portions of your kitchen, bathroom or looking to make some domestic alterations I highly recommend you to pop into this store

Very helpful staff... Anthea was on till duty , but took time to show me to correct section for me to purchase some (Destroy it yourself) (D.I.Y.) items.... Great attitude, great service.

I went to homebase for electrical for an outdoor power supply but then went to wickes for the same thing I bought all my electrical from wickes and saved my self over £40 by going to wickes

Very good queuing system and only letting certain number of customers in at a time. Made for a stress free wander round the store.

Can't beat the service, stock level and helpfulness plus great humour of the staff.

Helpful staff the can of paint was behind a different paint. Staff was used to customers carelessness.

Very friendly staff, no queue in the week, availability good, and some good products in clearance too
