Homebase - Blandford Forum

Popped in today for the first time at this store. Thank you to the very kind and helpful young gentleman who went out of his way to find me the right bulbs. He was very knowledgeable and displayed a genuine rapport. Just like the lady on the till. Both gave great customer service. Sometimes it makes your day when you have pleasant exchanges like this. So thank you. I will be back.

Not a store I would normally use but it was the only one in the area that had what I needed in stock . Went on the bus from Poole and it stops right outside and you get about half an hour before the bus back to Poole. Really helpful staff so the half hour was plenty of time. Definitely would recommend this store.

Excellent shop. Had a great choice of paints, home renovation equipment, flowers, gardening equipment etc. Staff are alright and get stuff sorted quickly. Will come back.

The staff of this store have consistently gone ‘above and beyond’ to help their customers. This is especially true of the more mature staff members. Today I was looking for a paddle to stir paint. There was none on the painting shelves but the staff member spent 15 minutes on the case consulting the stock list and trawling the aisles until she found one. I am not used to this level of service and I commend the whole of the Blandford store for their efficiency and determination to please their customers

Good sanitary cleaning station on the way in, a one way system is in place although if you don't know the store well or suddenly think of something you want that you've gone past, it's not easy to get back without crossing paths with someone. They have a very good selection and the staff are helpful and friendly. Store wasn't to busy and we got through the checkout fast.

Easy to find. Pleasant and helpful staff. Competitive prices on most items and some nice bargains to be had. I bought a cast metal daffodil which was surprisingly large for the grand price of £2 so the wife was happy to get something pretty

Needed a new smoke alarm. Found a young chap. Who helped me straight away. As they are kept in the warehouse. Told me to wait at the checkout and with in minutes he was there thank you Blandford Hombase for hiring such helpful youngsters.

Store allowing 30 in at any one time.
I queued for 5 minutes at 9-15 am no problems inside all areas of store open.
Plenty of garden plants available
One till open, no problem leaving.

This is a great Homebase where the staff are polite, friendly and helpful. Finding items was very easy aided by good signage, similar item location, and wide isles. Plenty of shopping trollies, a number of checkout desks and a help desk with a good range of household items and accessible entry/exit makes it easy to recommend this store.

I bought a tin of Dulux Spring Rose Matt Paint. It's lovely to put on the walls. Only one coat i put on.
You could do two if you want an intense effect.
Only problem I have now is, I need another tin of it to do another room in the house. Homebase and B&Q are sold out. Hope they get some more.

Nice store never busy so usually only one checkout open ,staff not very friendly always an effort to help you especially when you cant find what you want
