Thoroughly enjoyed our short visit to Greggs on our way to Bluestone.
Service was exceptional and with a smile from the young man behind the counter. Very reasonable prices and friendly staff. Good atmosphere and EXTREMELY CLEAN although a tad chilly on a November morning. We will be back on our return trip to sample another delicious steak bake.

Thank you

Greggs 'The Halt' - Named after the old railway station. We often call in to this place for a bite to eat. Always clean and tidy, lovely tea, or cappuccino if you fancy a good coffee. Wonderful pizza slices, pepperoni or just a plain cheese & tomato - you wont be disappointed. Disgustingly gorgeous pastries; I love the Belgian buns with a big fat cherry sitting in the icing, but there are lots of other sorts of cakes too. Savoury, and meat slices packed scrummily full. There's nice hot soups, sandwiches and a great variety refrigerated drinks as well. There's a Cash machine outside as well as the petrol station.

Heading to North Wales on a road trip ?, This place is a treasure 😂. Great stopping point for a quick cuppa, something to eat and any supplies. All the staff are friendly and helpful and there's loads of parking. There are also toilets on the premises.

Great little Greggs located withing the filling station, a popular stop for tourists. Friendly staff. Pity they can't find a way of using the old Halt Café outside seating.

Costas (the guy working the till) always has had a fantastic attitude. He's extremely efficient. He'll turn a 10 person deep cue into zero in 2 mins. Gregg should be proud to employ Costas.

Perfect for a break if you're travelling on the A470 North or South. Good selection of hot and cold food as you'd expect and toilet facilities are handy too. Take advantage of the outdoor picnic area if the weather's good!

This Greggs is perfectly situated halfway between the north and south of Wales and is the perfect time to have a break and a bite to eat. I particularly like the breakfast deal or the spicy mexican slice, and the coffee is usually good too.

Not a regular of Greg's, usually Xmas for patie and cake or with the grandkids. This was a first, a Greg's cafe with seats and tables and toilets. Brilliant. Excellent staff, cheerful and helpfull and proud of their produce. Fair price, clean eating area. Every town should have one. Could not fault it. 260 miles from home, north Yorkshire, and we come across this great spot. Greg's should reward the staff here for the enthusiasm shown for the produce.

Great stop on the long drive up through Wales for coffee and food, but wear a top as a bit cool due to cold cabinets in the good Spar supermarket alongside.

Right location. Good service toilets available, small car park.
