Staff always polite and friendly and willing to help. It's great when you go in for assistance with the O2 Priority offers and they actually spend time helping you find the items in the promotion. Great customer services from everyone there.

Staff look and sound like they want to be anywhere but there. They rely on the self service and are uninterested in helping with any queries. If I were head office I would looking closely at theft levels as there is often an open store with what appears no staff around.
