When you register your blue badge you get 4 hours of free parking and they respond very fast.

Easy access location, used baby changing facilities and loo too, clean and equipped. Shopped and staff was helpful.

Too bad I can't find my favorite water (hydr8) here anymore but overall is a nice big supermarket.

It's a sainsbury... sells stuff all you need friendly staff awesome carpark.

I'm new here and this is where I prefer to shop

A big range of choices, vegetables, fruits, bakery, drinks, and all what needed for daily life.

There is a market and car park where you can meet your general needs.

Nice shop.... Parking facility is there but you have to pay for it... 70% parking fee will be reduced in your bill...

I got all I needed today in a well laid out store.
I would have appreciated a little human interaction at the checkout, I dont mean ask me for my life store,a smile or hello would do.

Lovely Lady on checkout today asked how I am really nice

Despite a little queue to get in ( only to be expected at this time) it moved quickly. I found more choice instore as stock gradually returns and went straight to till where I was served by a lovely lady Suzanne. I had lots of heavy shopping so she told me leave it in the trolley I'll use the hand scanner to save you lifting it again. I really appreciated her help and her friendly, caring service.

Staff are all friendly and helpful. Can sometimes run out of certain popular items on the shelfs at busy times. But there is always a staff member to ask if they have any more out back. Never have to queue long even at busy times.

Sainsbury, what more is there to say. Pleasant shopping experience as expected with a huge supermarket chain.

Great place. Easy parking. One floor. Great selection of Polish food.

My wife found an awesome Monstera plant 🌿 she's been after for a while and my son got an Avengers cake 🎂 for his birthday. Smiles all around.

Nice supermarket, fresh bakery and nicely organised shelves and aisles. If you're savvy with money this the place as they have reduced fresh products and meat a lot if the time. I go here daily.

If not the best, one of the best supermarkets in Eltham! Today I had a great experience! I've asked one young lady from the staff for one product and she told me that it was out of the stock at the moment! When I finished with me groceries she came to the till where I was waiting and she gave me for free a small packet, just to try! It's not that it was for free! But it was so kind of her that she remembered and tried her best to make me happy! Keep going Sainsbury's you do a great job with amazing stuff and lovely people!!! 😊

Tina is awesome! You may see her whizzing around from customer services to the shop floor multitasking .. a very helpful pleasent emphatic beautiful lady, Tina made my shopping experience with my young children seemless from help with the trolley to items that I forgot to purchase she whizzed around & got those essentials to me with a smile and still asked if there was anything else she could do Thanks Tina 🤗
