Very good shop.
If you need trainers for gym, walking or running this is the place to go.
They are super helpful, give great advice.
The only bit that's kind of good and bad is the size of the shop its quite small so can't stock as much.
But I love the more independent shops and love to support them.

Im so grateful I was recommended to this shop before running London marathon 2023. Geoff has a great approach to finding out what shoe is correct for you and what you want to achieve. Definitely visit here you wont regret it! Thanks Geoff for all your help.

Came away with a new pair of trainers to continue on my running journey and tips for my next run too! Definitely worth the visit if you're a runner and need some new kit 👌 I was running up and down the road trying out different trainer options for a good 20 minutes. Didn't feel rushed or pressured to purchase either 👍

I have been wanting to buy some new running shoes for a while as my current pair of saucony have gone past 700k and starting to fall apart.
I wanted to go back to Hoka as they were my 1st pair and loved them. Was around Goring and hubby looked online to see local stockists and Run showed up. We popped along and popped in. Was given a warm welcome from Geoff. He grabbed me a pair of Hoka clifton 9s which felt great and Geoff encouraged me to go for a run outside to test. In the meantime he spoke with hubby who said about the running I do. When I came back Geoff offered some others to try that might suit my needs better. Ended up trying another 3 pairs 2 of which I tested again outside. Ended up with 2 pairs of sauconys. I wasn't sure about this place when I first went in as it seemed small and not much on display. However Geoffs knowledge and a great selection of shoes soon banished any concerns I might have had.
The service is second to none and came away feeling very positive. Can't recommend this place enough and will use for any future purchases. Thanks for a great first visit. Can't wait to see what times I can achieve now with my new shoes😊

First visit , fantastic!! if visiting take your old pair of shoes in so he can see how you run!, loved the fact that I talked over my running style and was presented with 2 shoes instead of usual buying hadbit of picking the one I liked the look of. Brought a shoe i would have not picked and they are brilliant. Excellent service

The best running shop for me. Bought a pair of Brooks Adrenaline 21. Love them. Allowed to take them out on street for quick run to see how they felt. Only shop I’ve been to when you know the person selling you something knows what their talking about. Will definitely go back for my next pair.

Just had the best service in there. Popped in to ask about some trail shoes. Was very interested in what I had to say, the shoes I normally wear. Found me a lovely pair to try on even let me have a run down the road. So pleased and can't wait to try them out tomorrow ☺

Fantastic local business, highly recommended for your running needs. Efficient and easy approach to finding what suits you and a gait analysis provided for free before purchase. Didn't feel pressured and although prices are on the high side you get what you pay for and with Run it's quality. Would recommend.

Great customer service, Geoff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I won't go anywhere else now. As someone who isn't yet a runner, I knew I needed specialist advice on choosing shoes which would help with other feet issues. I was apprehensive of being judged the first time I went in but I was immediately put at ease and the shoes Geoff recommended have indeed solved my issues. I've since bought several more pairs from them and will be buying from them in the future too.

Definitely the place to go for running advice and shoes or gear. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Don't be put off thinking that you will be paying over the top for good quality running shoes as the prices compare very much with online prices. My 3rd pair of Brooks and they were cheaper than going straight to Brooks themselves and you get the chance to try them first. Nice that they are open again after the major stage of lockdown.

Great little shop for anyone into running. Friendly and knowledgeable and they let you 'test drive' the shoes before you part with your money. On top of all that, they are competitively priced as well. I am on my third pair of shoes from 'Run' and plan to return there in the future.

A fantastic little shop with brilliant service. The owner is very knowledgeable and will fit the perfect pair of shoes to you. You even get to test the shoes on a short run outside before purchase. On my second pair from here and will definitely be returning.

Went in for new trainers and got great service. Jeff was very friendly and took loads of time to listen carefully to what I needed/wanted before suggesting a couple of different shoes. I tried both pairs for a short run and then a slightly longer one. No hard sell, just lots of expert advice and general running chat. All in all I was there over an hour and came out with a pair that I'm very happy with. Not only that - they were very reasonably priced too!

This was my first experience of buying proper running shoes. I rang first and arranged to pop in. Geoff was absolutely amazing - so helpful and really knowledgeable. He assessed me and recommended a pair of Brookes shoes and they are superb - best thing my feet have experienced. In the past18 months I have bought 2 pairs of great running shoes chosen for me with an expert eye. Not only that, I also received valuable advice on injury recovery. Its a professional service with a personal touch. If you run, this is the place to go!

I attended Run Worthing this morning to get some advise about a new running shoe. I have been running for a few years but still class myself as a beginner. I was really impressed with the service and knowledge from the salesman.He filmed me running to determine my running style. He then suggested a couple of pairs to try on and told me to run around the block. I have been to quite a few running shops and websites and never experienced excellent service like this. I would defiantly recommend this shop to anyone interested in running jogging or walking.

Went in for some gait analysis and advice on running form and was subject to a wealth of knowledge and advice regarding running and footwear. Based on the very attentive and professional approach i bought my next shoes there and then. Was advised to try a couple of different styles and even got to take them out for a run a few times to judge them. Very happy!!
