Have been doing click and collect with Asda since covid so my trip to Aldi felt fresh and new. They have really good meat and veg and I managed to buy everything I wanted at reasonable prices. Clean and tidy shop and friendly and professional staff.

First time visit for a long time, looked liked it had been refurbished . Looked very nice very pleasant guy on till not usual rushing you through.

Another good visit. Wide range and fair prices in difficult times. Very quickly at the checkout too. Found everything I needed, apart from one item. I can live with that!
Pannetiere potatoes are now in the cupboards above the chest freezers

No shortage of stock, plenty of fresh fruit, vegetables and salad for an healthy diet plus plenty of fresh or cooked meats. Loads of other great products around the store.

Some great deals on fresh meats, have just filled my meat freezer following a visit to Aldi.

Love Aldi. Visited as a one off. Much bigger than my local store. Lots more stuff in the middle bit.

I had a couple of items that were damaged and not noticed until at the checkout. Staff had changed them and were very polite.

The customer service at Aldi, Kirkby in Ashfield is so good. We do our shopping there every week and last week we bought a 6 pack of crisps. When we opened them, 2 of the packets were sealed but empty so this week we took them back. The young man we spoke to was very approachable and immediately refunded us the money. It was really good to see that the staff are confident to sort out problems immediately and in a way that promotes good customer satisfaction 😊

Great place for fresh foods.

Love my local Aldi, some great members of staff and always a good selection of items in stock. Only wish they had a decent gluten free/ free from type range, if they did id never shop anywhere else!
