Screwfix Northampton - Moulton Park

I haven't felt as compelled to write a review for a long time! I'm a DIY failure and I haven't a clue what I'm doing! From the moment I stepped into store last week, Tom and Donna were incredibly helpful and took their time to help me not only decide what items I needed, but also to give me advice on how to do my painting! Top notch service and lovely people. Also started my job now and the tools are brilliant! Way better than any I've bought before! Oh, I even got offered a cup of tea whilst I was there, you wouldn't get that in B&Q! Thanks!

This place is handy to get to so very good for click and collect.Staff have always been happy to help as well .Pricing is competitive as well .

Good selection of products in store can check stock via the mobile app and click and collect

Click and collect was a game changer in lockdown, and it works really well now.
I see there's delivery options now, which I haven't tried but will allow for you to keep on the job minus travelling to collect additional kit.

Went in yesterday afternoon for an urgent click and collect. Item not in stock due to an error. Gareth, the trainee manager, tried to put 2 items together to make mine and match the price, but the system couldn't do it. I was due on another job and then starting with the tools I was buying. Stephanie, the manager, drove in her own car to another store to pick one up and then dropped it off at my house. Above and beyond, guys, above and beyond. What great service, and guess where I'll be buying all my stuff from now on? WELL DONE

Doing a home project, I'm forgetful as anything and been down every day for the last week needing to pick up something, it's far far cheaper than the other DIY stores and the service is great, undoubtedly I'll be back tomorrow needing something else I've forgotten!!

Shop was very clean and tidy on top of covid making sure staff and customers are kept safe staff are very friendly and helpfull parking needs a few more spaces as very busy where located in moulton i ordered on line where it said in stock but wasent had to wait 3 days wish i had gone strait to store much better service 2 stars for on line 4 stars for store great place to buy from thank you

Experience at screwfix is awesome as usual. Had my order booked online, pickup was nice and fast. Covid queues are more or less respected as everywhere else, nothing to complain about. Recommended

The Moulton park store Northampton is great. As all Screwfix stores, they are well stocked, brilliant selection of goods, great prices and very quick and convenient. Perfect for those jobs where you just didn't have what you needed to do a job. The staff are always friendly and they are everywhere so your never short of what you need.

Since the new Moulton Park branch has opened I've been back and forth buying things from tools to screws. Quick service with a smile and always happy to help. I'm sure I'll be back when I start future projects.

Worth actually finding the place, hidden away at the back of a cul-de-sac. Had everything I required in stock, staff were exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable. Great value for money too.
