Fantastic staff. A special mention to Sam who has always been a favourite with my dog Bodhi! She’s an absolute star ⭐ and will happily look after him when I shop. He loves visiting the store when we’re in Wells! A great store.

Best value in Wells Next the Sea. No loyalty membership nonsense, just very fair prices. As an independent retailer they sell many co-op goods cheaper than the local co-op.

Had everything u needed lively place and clean aswell.....

Some parking spaces nearby (30mins), accessable entrance for wheelchairs - automatic doors, handy👍 Mostly on one floor, slope to one section but staff very helpful if can't manage the slope.
Good selection of food, veggies etc some toiletries, newspapers and spirits too.
Helpful friendly staff with a sense of humour - need it in the summer as gets very busy, but open more check outs. Deliver in Wells for orders over a fiver and local on set days, just ask.

Fantastic service, friendly staff, all your grocery needs under one roof. Cracking offers too.

My favourite chap there is the one called George always friendly always says hello. Nothing is to much trouble for him. He even took me to the tinned marrow fat peas that I couldn't find. And advised me it was better to buy two tins as was on special. If there was a ballon d'Or for shop workers George would win. The Lionel Messi of the grocery store world.

Good selection of food. Just needs to update opening times for Sunday on the website. It closes at 1600 not 1700 as stated.
