Massive thank you to Ronin at Nike today. He went above and beyond to help me find some trainers. And thanks to the Manager for sorting out my exchange. Will definitely be going back here again.

Been to a lot of Nike outlets and this one is a decent size. Very well organised and extremely helpful and friendly staff!

Some really nice trainers and clothes in here. WILL be coming back monthly to top up on my collection

Great looking store with helpful staff and excellent value. They have 30% off the shoes on the back and some of is it is crazy cheap for Nike. They have some Jordan stuff too which they don't have at the Rugby store.

Nice shop, set out and spacious. Lots of items in store and staff seem friendly. Reason for 3 stars is because the majority of Nike stores now, offer really good discounts on top of the ticket prices. For example items in here are £15-£20 more than the same items I’ve seen in rugby and other outlet stores. I suppose the general person who walks in might be happy with the savings, but someone who is in tune with how you can make savings, not really worth it. Nike website are always offering promos.

Clever that they have put unwanted/return Nike I.D items on the shelves, but majority of trainers aren’t desirable. I will visit again with the off chance that there is a promo on.

I’m giving them 5 stars now. They are regularly putting promos on and some great deals. Trainers ain’t great but that’s the same for all these Nike branches.

Plus some of the staff are really good and friendly, it’s nice going in here.

Great experience while shoping today, whilst busy staff are attentive more than happy to assist, each trip I've made here always the same staff look happy to be at work and nothing is too much trouble, even if bargins are to be had I wouldn't shop at a place with rubbish service and poor management, abi served me she was fantastic, myself and my son both have additional needs mine being mobility issuse, I didn't have to ask she took me to a payment station instead of joining big que which I was really appreciated, went home a very happy customer, will be back soon, especially with the promotions abi advised me about, she also helped me sign up for the email as I'd forgotten my reading glasses, I'd highly recomend this store 1st class, well done
