Went to stock up on my products today and the girls were so helpful. Honestly couldn’t ask for better service and advice. They really took their time with my million questions. Thanks girls Always tidy and well stocked aswell.

I like to buy my equipments for spa massage in this place. Always staff members are very helpful and friendly. Very high quality recommended to anyone who have small business or big business.

Went into the store not really knowing what I was doing. Wanted to do a colour change from blonde to brunette, with only a basic idea of what to do and no real idea or colours, as needed to also do a fill colour, I was a little overwhelmed. I was greeted straight away by Tracey who was so helpful, she took time to really help me out and went above and beyond what she needed too and my colour change was a great success thanks to her input. Very happy I'll defo be back and would highly recommend this store for hair supplies and more.A*******

Though this is a COVID-19 review, therefore not much items.

The manager at this store has 0 customer service and interpersonal skills, is the most jobs worth person I think I’ve ever spoke to. I honestly have never been so enraged by such a passive human.

I was served at this store by a lady named Joanne M. As I entered the store, I was told I am unable to enter without a face mask which is fair enough since it is a requirement. I then noticed a number of other customers entered the store without face masks and weren't instructed to do the same. I was in the store for up to 30 minutes without anyone approaching me to help, I asked Joanne for some assistance but she just pointed in the direction of the products and shrugged her shoulders. She also proceeded to say "I don't know, you just have to look over there in that section". She went to assist the other customers in the store who had been there after me, approaching with what you would expect decent customer service to be. She didn't want to serve me, she was responding with a terrible attitude and it made me feel horrible. I don't think she is capable of doing her job correctly and if she is to continue working there, she will need to be taken off the shop floor and trained.

Bought a wahl senior clipper from here stopped working in 6 months and wouldn’t replace it for me even though I had a receipt.. won’t be buying from here again extremely rude staff.. unwilling to help in anyway accused me of tampering with the clippers! Wouldn’t even give them a star tbh
