Fantastic little shop with a great range of stuff and really friendly staff!

The staff here are incredibly friendly and welcoming and seem to know pretty much everything about the stock that they hold.

Parking here is usually pretty good despite the fact that it is all on street parking.

The prices here are incredibly good and the card selection is pretty impressive!

Really good charity shop with excellent helpful staff.
Well worth a visit.

We visited this charity shop on two occasions, the first time was on the 18th July 2023 with my students and we were greeted and served by two very pleasant volunteers (one male, one female), they were polite, helpful and even chatted with us about the history of Ruddington Village. However, the second time I visited alone and this was on the 31st July 2023 I was greeted by two female volunteers who could not hide their disdain, their self-importance and apparent in-depth knowledge about the Sylvanian Toy donation was so utterly ridiculous, they kept whispering about customers behind their backs, they were really disagreeable and served with real hatred and resentment - it was a shocker after the very pleasant welcome earlier in the month. I will not recommend this shop to my students and I have no intentions of visiting it again in the future because the experience was not a pleasant one.

Hi i want to know if your charity has the charity shop in Ruddington ,Nottingham ?.I want to say what a marvelous little shop ,my sister took me in there the other day as i am from Australia ,run by volunteers ,doing an amazing job except for one very sury lady who sat behind the counter .It made me feel so unwelcome by her attitude ,i am supposing she is a volunteer and has been through the training ect . I would haVE THOUGHT A NICE SMILE AND A FRIENDLY HELLO WOULD HAVE BEEN GREAT
