O2 Shop Poole

So grateful for Josh’s expert help and advice when dealing with my query today. Nothing was too much trouble (even a brick of an old handset) and he really listened to the help I needed. My grandad is thrilled with his new phone!

The staff in O2 Poole are exceeding in the way they treat their customers. I’ve been in twice now, the first Jake was amazing. He not only sorted out my problem, but he discussed my plan now and my possible future options when I am out of contract.
I went in today (10/04/24) and Imogen was equally as friendly, knowledgeable and keen to help me with a tech problem. Which she sorted out in no time. I was going off O2 with their prices of the airtime plan, but service like this makes me reconcider my decision.

I went into O2 in Poole to buy a newer/better phone. I was guided towards a 4G one that did what I wanted and which was reasonably priced. Being a pensioner I am not fluent in dealing with phones so the salesman, Ally, said he would migrate the info over from my old phone to the new one and I should go and do some shopping for 20 minutes. Now that I am home the new phone looks like my old one, but with better features. Ally, you are a star! It would have taken me ages to have managed this, if at all. You did all I could have hoped for and sorted out my phone problems with no stress for me. If anyone is confused about getting a new phone and how to migrate their info then I can absolutely recommend the O2 shop in Poole!

Wish I could remember the names of 2 guys that served me. New guy being assisted by the guy with the spider man watch. Excellent service found me a fantastic up grade saving money as well as new tech thrown in. Took a lot for me to go into the shop assisted by my daughter due to high anxiety so glad I did the staff were very welcoming fun as well as proffesional gave me a huge boost and i came out happy. All staff are a credit to o2. Don't reccomend the dirty milk bubble tea tho from round the corner lol. Thanks guys .Andrea.

Brilliant service by JAKE guiding me through the process of upgrading my phone. he took me through all the options and answered any questions I had. would definitely deal with this store for all future enquiries. there was also a friendly ginger lad on the door but didn't catch his name. 5 stars

Recently had to attend store to sort out a new sim following a number port. Absolutely brilliant service, we were served by Jake. Nothing was too much trouble. He is an absolute credit to the Poole store.

Amazing service from Tom . Really supported my tech phobic older Mum to get to grips with her smartphone. Very patient, compassionate and knowledgeable. Jake and Ayo are also very friendly and supportive. Highly recommend this store.

I am an elderly lady and not good with technology. Phoned for info regarding getting a a mobile phone contract as a very low user. The person who spoke to me on the phone I think he said his name was Ali., was extremely kind and patient explaining everything to me. Will certainly take out a contract with them in the next few days.

Lovely experience today! Just had my birthday and figured I'd treat myself to an upgrade. Was greeted by Loz (who later helped with a phone case) and taken care of by Haydan and Ali. All three offered great advice and great service.

Lovely Lovely JAKE what a superstar so very helpful and informative was contemplating leaving 02 but as he was so lovely and charmingly helpful I'm staying...wish there were few more Jakes in this world he's an asset to your company

Visited yesterday to see what contract options where available. We were welcomed as soon as we walked in and luckily got to see an advisor straight away (think we timed that well because once we had sat down a good handful of people came in so if that happens and you don't get an advisor, give it 20mins and come back because you'll just be stood waiting). Advisor was great, really felt like the offering they put forward were to the general interest of the consumer and not just selling the most expensive contract. Knowledgeable staff, would recommend if you are an 02 customer.

So helpful. They really took their time with me. The salesman was lovely explained everything and I really got a good deal. Cannot fault them and my new phone... Well I love it!!!

Waiting time to be seen was a little slow but to be expected in a small ish town centre store. But the staff made up for it with their understanding and helpfulness. Left the store happy and felt they cared about our situation and didnt just try to upsale.

Very polite and professional in there work. Can be light hearted. I have been a customer with 02 for 9yrs would not change. As Tina Turner said simply the best

I went into Poole store today to ask some questions and help with my phone . Assisted by Jake who went out of his way and made sure everything was all set up and working okay by the time I left. What an excellent service at this store. Really good customer service .

I've been a customer for 6 years now never let me down. Got my wife a new phone staff were amazing.

I am a wheelchair user and I feel that the O2 shop very small, I don't feel that the staff are as helpful as they used to be. I also have severe mental health problems. As the shop is so small I feel very claustrophobic when two or three more customers are in the shop. And being a wheelchair user I find it difficult to get in or out of the shop. I am sorry to be so negative about the O2 shop in Poole, I have been an O2 customer for many, many years and I wouldn't under any circumstances change to a different mobile phone company.
