The young man Josh who works on the tills customer service is excellent with every customer he is polite friendly and has always got a smile and friendly happy attitude! I do hope his hard work is recognised within the store as he makes it a pleasure to shop there!!!

Great Aladdin's cave, amazing bargains. The staff at the counter noticed the hinge on my bird box was slightly bent so he swapped it for me

I find B&M to be a good value for money store variety of products not as many as larger supermarkets of course but what they have is very reasonable prices
